You don't fail at translating! You do Gintama! That pretty much automatically makes you 100 times better than me.
You've probably noticed I have a lot of trouble with casual talk. -_-
(Maybe it's because of my 5 years of *school* Japanese?)
I've figured most stuff like "jyanai = Jyanee", ect out but I still think I need a tutorial to explain some of it. XD

Oh yes, One piece has been marvelous lately. Oda's got us all begging for more, (and liking it too!)

I'm currently reading Gintama, Hunter X Hunter, and of course One piece.

I read Beelzebub and Sket dance raw occasionally too, And I've been considering resuming Fairy Tail (I was before but dropped it.)

I can only imagine how busy you are, but thank you for not giving up on it. There is one thing, but it's mostly for me. I'm having a hard time figuring out what goes where on each page for chapter 6. Sure...just let me know what it is you're having trouble with? Split sentences are usually done by line breaks, and brackets mean things in boxes. I'd have to see exactly what you're talking about to be any help though...^^:;;

Wait, actually, there are three things. I'm sorry. For page 16 there's a sign with a zero and on the next page, the first panel has two signs. The paper on the boxes, and the banner. Is there any chance you could translate those? Sorry for the trouble >_<;;;

Fixed. But the sign on the box is too small. If you can get me a better raw I can try again, but as of now I can't read it without blowing an eye socket.

I guess I am, although I try not to affiliate with anyone...since i'm busy/lazy most of the time.

And yes, OP is only going up from here. I kind of miss the rest of the crew though, I hope that Oda brings them back soon.

Hello! BDR I'm a huuuge Gintama fan and I want to thank you for your translations...Gintama needs moar love!! It pains me that Gintama doesn't get weekly scans like OP and the other jump pillars...yes, I consider Gintama a jump pillar XD

When you say you need a PR do you mean someone who understands japanese or just someone who can check the grammar and typos? (my bet is it's someone who reads japanese...though I hope not)

I kind of need both. I don't feel confident enough in my Japanese to not need anyone's help (although other than Japanese born people, I don't think any translator can truly say they don't need a second set of eyes...) Grammar I can eventually do on my own, but I don't mind getting help there either.

The main thing is a Japanese translator to look over the script for mistakes...
