Townies: Lynch all existing Mafia members (minnus unrecruited Traitors)

Yakuzas: Kill off all Traids and decimate the towns population to equal a number of their members who are alive.

Triads: Same as Yakuza, just way around.

so in short townies are screwed..got no choice fighting 2 lots of people who murder you in the night as townies have 1 vote day.

townies cant win unless they get to hang 2 people per phase

But the gangs can kill each other since they don't know who's of the other side so it's fair hyst. It's 1v1v1 basically.
