i have another solution if you didnt like that one, fall in love with a girl who looks down on people who read manga . make her humiliate you , insult you and hurt your pride . this method also works greatly but you must find a girl who you will seriously fall in love with, otherwise you will just run back at your sweet manga

my personal advice is , first follow this method and then do the things in my previous post . you wont even remember you ever read manga , its a promise

you will feel refreshed
