do what work? asking marshall313 what anime, manga and whatever interesting thing there is that he follows?

and how is that awkward bb? what's awkward is some unmentionable happening while you three drunk together and then meeting the next sober day in the workplace.

I dunno why anyone would feel awkward with drinking with their bosses. 1.) It's free. And 2.) It's a blackmail information gathering tool

3.) and if plausible, you can say what you want to say to their faces.

1. There's always at least 1 gentleman, even when inebriated.
2. If not one gentleman stood up for you, you're screwed anyway ;).

well what's awkward is because... you can never really drop your guard or anything.

sure it's really great coz it's free. But you never know what to say that can be kept off the workplace the next day. And you become so exposed, and I dunno :/

I just get eternally defensive around bosses, you know? Chef bosses have a way of getting deep into your skin and eat you alive and they think its funny :scry

@MD, upstart chef? are you doing kitchen work in Abu Dhabi?

it's like them telling you, "screw you. *hic*"

this can be really true. who says they won't be thinking what you have in mind.

it'll be a deadlock if that happens, until one of you opens up, or someone says "ok, i'll go now."

it was just a thought, bb. a nasty one.

That crossover wasn't really good, from what I remember.

yeah. it felt like the story was all over the place.

the unit setup for the final battle was good tho, with cap taking the helm, and sup leading the charge. this one, however, made me squee:

Ah yes that :).

They wasted so much time on that part about Greek deities. I pretty much didn't care for Hercules

how can it be good when the writers did everything to please both marvel and dc's fans?

if it were up to me, i'd summarize it in three sentences, and the third one is "And it all ended in a handshake."

Yeah.

If there's at least one good thing from it (that isn't OMGPOWERZEYECANDYZZZ!!!), it put into words the distinction between a Marvel and a DC hero. I liked that part where they talked about the difference in how the nameless Joe looks at the hero between the Marvel and DC universes.
