The start of the Yorknew Arc is the Flesh Collector's Mansion which happens on July 15th.

Phantom Troupe however doesn't appear until the 22nd.

It's unlikely there will be time for a Kite flashback. Even as much as I want one.

So it's confirmed that the Phantom Troupe arc starts on July 15th! I don't think they consider a recap as the beginning of an arc. It would be pretty stupid.
So what are they going to put in episode 39 ?
Because if The Troupe appears on Episode 41 (July 29th), i assume that this episode will cover chapters 70 + 71.
Episode 40 will be Kurapika centric.
And by the preview of episode 37, it seems that Episode 38 will cover chapters 66 + 69.
So, either they'll slow down the pace or we'll have a filler episode. (hopefully about Kite).

Ah, and for the video, it's watchable if you use a japan proxy.

I am glad they have finally detailed this because every announcement up until now has been incredibly vague, but this one absolutely undeniably tells us that the Troupe will not appears until episode 41. So here is the presumed layout for the next few episodes.

Episode 38: Ging Message and Gon + Killua learn about Greed Island
Episode 39: Flesh Collector's Mansion (Whole thing)

Well it certainly seems the most logical road to take. I think of it like this, if they extended the goodbye to heavens arena from 1 panel ten they will do the same for the arguably more important Whale Island. Gon will not be here again for a LONG time. Madhouse knows he has yet to even return in the manga, so I am sure they will throw in a farewell sequence befitting of that bittersweet knowledge, that Gon may not be back... even at all. Nobody knows. So it makes sense logically for Madhouse to include a goodbye whale island sequence which of course would fit well with a Kite Flashback (the catalyst for why he wanted to leave whale island in the first place). I trust Madhouse knows what they are doing ar more better than we ever would, so I am sure whatever they do it will blow us away.
