I don't really feel much after two shots either.... With anything. o_O

Heavyweight. Alcoholic.

I would argue 2 shots of anything is not even remotely enough to make you feel something unless of course you are having shots of pure alcohol (in which case 2 shots would be the equivalent to some 5 or 6 shots). By my own experience tequila is far from boring (although I don't drink it anymore).

Patron, not tequila. Not fair to judge tequila based on one type. Heard tequila was dangerous, but Patron proves otherwise.

Well, according to my 2 second google quest isn't patron a tequila brand? Anyways, tequila is at large not dangerous as far as I know. I mean, it can sneak on you and get you hammered before you even know it but as long as you stick to safe products (and not craft tequila from a suspicious shaft or anything) you should be ok. I heard the worm is supposed to have some hallucinogenic properties but I cannot confirm that.

Yep, women seem so be quite week to tequila. Wonder why, though. I for one don't feel the difference between tequila and vodka for example.

Tequila tends to make you a different kind of drunk. I can't really say that's based on facts or anything, but from what I know, people who are drinking a bunch of different things and the TASTE of tequila makes it not sit well if someone has already drank themselves to the point where they might get sick. As a result people can't stand the taste anymore since they remember it from when it made them "sick". That's never happened to me so I still enjoy the taste.

Mixing beer and/or wine and/or different spirits is going to screw you up easier anyway - synergistic effect.

And the worm is a myth, you're not going to find any tequila with a worm in it. Mezcal is confused with tequila in that respect since they're both made with agave.

Why are you obsessed with burn? Most spirits will do that, but it isn't something that's desired...

Masochism... we had this convo before. You even told me that burns/drinks like Everclear can cause throat cancer because the esophagus gets weak or something... I forgot.

If you drank enough Everclear to develop cancer I think you would die of liver cancer or cirrhosis of the liver ......if you were lucky and didn't die from alcohol poisoning first.

Nothing to do with drinking that much, more to do with the effect it has on the throat. I told you how it felt like the drink literally burned away the lining or something, felt like there were pieces of skin in my throat. You said that was bad and would cause cancer since it exposed the esophagus to germs or something. I forgot the specifics. Can be one drink a day or something.

But my floormate drank about 1/10-1/5 of the bottle before. Probably in less than an hour. That was insane. X-x

Probably...it's why they saying it shouldn't be consumed on the bottle. The only practical use for Everclear is when making a LARGE amount of alcoholic punch. Anyone who drinks it straight deserves what's coming to them...

Dunno what happened to him, but he was alive and etc. Stayed in the bathroom in our suite (he lives in a different suite) while drinking, and had Coke, if I recall.

One good thing about Everclear is that it can be used as disinfectant... no?


Ever had wine? I've had red wine and white wine. Red taste bad in my opinion, but white is sweet and good. Tiffy should remember, I asked her/bartender about sweeter wine in NYC.

Yesterday I played a fun game. It's a cardgame from 4chan with your typical memes and phrases like Yo Dawg and Derp Derp Derp. Totally hilarious. There was also one card called Tits Or GTFO, which let me chose a girl who had to drink two and make me a sandwhich(which was damn good). There's lots of crazy and funny stuff for everyone who likes 9gag or 4chan. Aaand it gets you totally wasted of course.

on a birthday we got plenty shots of vodka, so much that we even created a new drink:
The Jerome -> desperados + coke + captain morgan(or alternatives) + ice cubes
It tastes good btw ^.^
