Question Diego

[zzigg]

could this person knew about the coming disaster of ants

look closely in his speech

maybe he had his fortune told by neon that's why he put the fake one in the palace

so i think he will appear in future ....he must have some effect in the next events

diego the real one

[Uriel]

Isn't that guy the dictator which Togashi had to include a panel to make it live since He was threaten if not?

[XXGenesis]

I gathered that Diego actually retired some time ago before the Ants even appeared simply because he was either tired of being a Dictator and knowing somebody or organization would push him out of power and kill him...Wasn't he there like for a decade already???

No hints or signs that he did. and For the most part we know that her fortune wasn't used by many but only those within the Mafia community, Bosses and 10 dons. So I would just say he left knowing he would be killed one day, sooner or later and decided to live a peaceful life.

I think that he will never appear again in the manga.
And besides Togashi just used him to make understand a central theme of the arc, at least IMHO.
