I say that first make them pass the exam to become Hunter, THEN make the Chairman Election process.

And yes, I did some games before in other forums. To be precise, I did one Hunter Exam before even. It was fun. Mafia-like and some clues and then a short fight between contestants.

i think we should have a specific number of candidates first ''about 20 what do you think'' ..and you can just make the categories you have as the steps of the whole exam

ex
''the first exam will be a knowledge quiz

second....the enigmas''make it harder''

third......fights .

and the last ...surprise the candidates with some twisting exam i don't know''

....and as you said the chairman can be decided later as the first place winner in the exam

so i will pass the exam too
