I still think its wrong to believe that Kimijima's stats are totally fake and he's weak.
Because he is the one that says "Time to take off these 60% limiters".

Just the fact that he went the entire thing playing at below 60% CLEARLY shows he was the superior player on the court.
He didn't break a sweat and just had a leisurely time through the whole thing.
He wasn't outclassed once, unlike Kite and Marui.
Kimijima is a legit G10 level player. Otherwise he wouldn't have mentioned how Tohno had gone beyond their 60% limiters.

Stats:

Speed - 5: Even though he carries an old injury on his left knee, his leg strength is nothing to laugh at. For the sake of his career as an athlete, he needs quick and early treatment.

Power - 5: For the purpose of improving the accuracy of his "executions", he has trained his upper body. Though his lower half need attention.

Stamina - 4: When he gets too stirred up, he increasingly begins to make wasted movements and deplete his own endurance. Though he hates running, Coach Tsuge had been trying to persuade him to train in that more.

Mental - 4: As he gets more into his "Tennis High", he becomes more and more ferocious and is likely to incur a foul from the referee.

Technique - 7: He surpasses in applying his creativity and skill to modelling techniques after historical exectution methods.

Kurobe Memo:
The opponents he faces often do not get away unscathed. Even his voice is contrary to sportsman like conduct. However, I do not know the man who shown the tenacity and pride in his own tennis up till now.

Stamina - 4: It's amazing how long he is able to hold out despite his increased breathing. With his ability to keep composed in a drawn out full set, it's hard to believe he's only a 1st year

Mental - 5: Facing both disadvantage and adveristy as if they were nothing, he has a tenacious mental will. I only want him to be able to resist getting provoked better.

Technique - 5: He is able to handle professional level techniques. One of his weapons is his ability to mimic an opponent's techniques just from seeing them.

In spite of having so many things already to this degree of perfection, I have an ominous feeling that there is still plenty of room for growth. I would really like him to continue his physical growth without destroying the great balance he already has.

It has never appeared and Ryoma clearly used it against Yukimura Seiichi at the Nationals Finals.
