Shichibukai Trafalgar Law
VS

Jinbe Knight of the sea
Describe where they fight.
Is it fight to death?

Law takes it for me. Jinbe might be strong and all yet I dont see him winning with Law HAX ability.

Jinbe vs Vergo would be very interesting in my opinion.

Well if he still has Access to to the Marine ship, whether it's just beating him with scenery, or slicing him up, or taking his organs, Law wins this pretty easily, plus Law has electricity, and ninja techniques .. lol

Power level wise, Jinbi should beat the everloving crap out of Law. But I don't know how he would do it exactly. Though Laws ability can be useless against tough opponents (Fujitora, Doflamingo and Vergo back in the days).

But I'm going with Jinbi.

Well I wouldn't say that his ability is useless against, strong opponents. Law is incredibly cunning, He has mastered his ability to a great extent, he's made it pretty much super-hax-hax, and he has good Haki. Jinbe is a powerhouse, But I say Law takes this one without much effort. That is unless Jinbe manages to get close to him, his fishman karate would be a big problem for Law.

If it's a fight near the sea, Jinbei will win.

You don't need to get close for Fishmen Karate though. We saw him send Luffy flying from a distance. His ability doesn't have much uses directly against an opponent. Offensive power is what I mean. You either can cut this guy or you can't. It's that simple really.

I bet if it was Luffy no one would be saying Law takes this without much effort. To take out someone who one-shotted a fellow Shichibukai without much effort is impossible, unless you're WB.

To be honest, I don't see Jinbei standing much of a chance, unless they're next to the water. Law's ability is pretty hax. Unless you have an ability that is as hax, or more so, overwhelming speed, or ridiculous levels of haki, you're screwed. I haven't seen anything to indicate the Jinbei has any of those things. Based on what we've seen, Law takes this with relative ease.

Well, you still need to consider the incredible radius of law's "ROOM". Unless Jinbe gets relatively close, to send him flying with a Seiken, I don't see how Law wouldn't win with relative ease. And even if Jinbe gets pretty close, Law can just teleport himself, or switch himself/Jinbe with something else inside the "ROOM" And please don't get me wrong, Jinbe is one of my fav chars, but Law is insanely strong.

Just to make it clear to people using location as an argument, the fight takes place here:
On the shores of Punk Hazard

Clearly he's not that strong, otherwise, he wouldn't be in such a broken state. As I said originally, power level wise, Jinbi should be as strong or stronger. To say that Law is so far stronger that he can take him out effortlessly, would be similar to saying Doflamingo would roflwtfshitstomp Jinbi. And I just don't see that. We will just have to wait to see what it takes to defeat Law's Room in his upcoming battle with Doflamingo, so that we can make a better deduction on how this battle will end(hopefully he doesn't get off-paneled).

Yes, imo jinbei takes this one home, 90% of the people find the most impressive feat in one piece is shanks stopping akainu's punch, parallely in the war, the only one to be able to stop an attack from akainu were Whitebeard Shanks Marco and.... Jimbei.
Law ability is far from hax at this point, it is incredibly hax yes, but the further we go with power levels the less hax it becomes, he defeated Smoker who was just made VA, so probably among the weakest VA's, and took out an overconfident vergo.
It be a good fight, but Jimbei would as King of night said, be as strong, or stronger.

I haven't said that Law is so strong or that Jinbe is so weak that the former would take him out effortlessly. That is just poppycock to me as well. He's in the state he is in because he faced of against one of the strongest Shichibukai and an Admiral, he was busy defending himself the whole time. Plus he had to stall and conserve his strength as long/much as he could. Law took out Smoker easy, he was overconfident and had just a little bit of "trouble" because of Smoker's Logia ability. I agree that we will be able to deduce the winner of this battle much easier after we've seen Law display more of his strength, if not go all out VS Doflamingo

^ When you say it like that, one would immediately assume you mean it's gonna be a one-sided massacre. Jinbi also proved himself to be an extraordinary powerful Shichibukai. Smoker is worthless in my opinion, so I really can't judge Law from that alone :P

(Awesome Ace avatar by the way.)

Yeah you make a sound argument. I'd like to rephrase those statements all-together to summarize them as one: I believe that Law would win, after some intense fighting, with Law mainly in control of the fight. But Jinbe is not to be underestimated, I might actually be undervaluing him a little. I'm gonna change my general opinion to that after a fair fight, Law emerges victorious! And I completely agree, Smoker is miles beneath Law and Luffy at this point.

Haha thank you my good man! I was acutally talking a lot with Nemo before he got permanently banned, and since he knew I loved Ace, he offered to give me some Ace avatars. Good guy Nemo :super

law wins, he's a bad match-up for jinbie, don't see how jinbie would avoid getting bisected.

I voted Law. Don't get me wrong though I think Jinbe is generally stronger than Law but it would be a bad matchup for him. Against the same opponents I think Jinbe would do better than Law - but in a 1v1 I just can't see Jinbe winning this.

Law's power is especially dangerous against fighters without weapons because then it's even harder to block his invisible cuts. Also Jinbe doesn't seem like a haki expert since he specializes in fishman karate. I could be wrong here but to me he just doesn't seem like he's using haki (or is very good at it atleast). He also doesn't strike me as very fast. So in my opinion he can neither dodge nor block Law's attacks in the long run. He is a powerhouse but Law is the wrong opponent.
