It really is a matter of opinion, I guess. I'd say that this arc in Bleach in the best since SS arc. Of course, there were ups and downs but overall this arc has produced quite a bit of intense situations and twists that no one would have expected when this arc began. That's how Kubo is giving it his all. If you take some time out and do a bit of thinking, the twists actually make sense and one would be able to agree that Kubo did put some actual thinking into that unlike the arrancar arc where it was just fighting fighting and fighting. Then again, like I said this is my opinion and can vary for others.How are both writers giving it their all?

If you say that, then you should ask why One Piece and Naruto didn't get the full color chapter.
I think Nisekoi could potentially end by the time the anime resolves are slightly later than that (unless through some way theres some huge explosive popularity), and do we even know if the anime is even closely adapting the manga, seems like itd just do its own thing and its own randomly written storylines.

I believe Dragon Ball and Ring ni Kakero got lead color page, not full color chapter. Slam Dunk got a full color chapter.
I think I read somewhere that the first few pages were full color and the rest were bichrome (but, Toriyama's bichrome look like full color so it's easy to think otherwise)
It really depends, it is not only popularity. It is about the capability of the author to do this, if he wants to do this and if it can appeal the fans. Komi Naoshi already proves with Nisekoi that his ability to color is one of the best in Jump. It is a great way to promote the anime, it will get a huge attention.
Mangas don't finish while the anime is running, it is pratically a rule, then we have some months. Also, I think that Nisekoi must be 20~30 chapters to end properly.
I thought weve had several situations this year where manga released their last chapters essentially aligned with the last episode of the anime (didnt BLast of Tempest do this even?, Pupa too?).
