Nah, I don't think so. The musical was announced like last year, so the cast is already been announced.

Plus, I don't think the musical casts going to be big enough to announce before the actual announcement.

The cast of a musical is not something they do major announcements for, let alone countdowns. The announcement probably will include a number of different things. New merchandise, promotional campaigns, events, reprints, reissues, and appearances. Unless Mamoru, Kappei, and Hirano Aya are involved (they won't be), the cast of the musical won't be of major interest.

Maybe because WT took break on couple of weeks before on Japanese Jump.

But this week was 49 which corresponded with chp 49 in JPN jump #12, viz chps for the weeklys are the same chapter that is in the corresponding issue Viz 12 = JPN WSJ 12).. ToC #12 posted here didnt mention World Trigger on break in #13.

Maybe ESJ don't want the series to catch-up with Japan's chapter; maybe they want about 1 or 2 chapters behind.

Yeah, that would make no sense.

I would never take the ToC leaks as the end-all-be-all.

Only things I can think of are either the ToC leak just didn't mention that World Trigger would be off next week or chapter 1 of Stealth Symphony had so much text that they didn't have time to translate World Trigger and there'll be two chapters the week after to catch back up. Probably the first one's what actually happened. The raws for chapter 49 don't mention a break, so it could be that something came up after the issue had already gone to print.

I don't really follow ESJ, so I'm not really sure how it is happening on that one.

Podcast said nothing about World Trigger's break. It would be unlike Viz to put off a weekly series because there was too much to translate for the new series, after all, there is a separate translator for every series they do. If anything, I would think it's the editor's load, but John Bae only has Nisekoi and One Punch Man, while Alexis Kirsch has Bleach, Naruto, One Piece, and All You Need is Kill.

There were hints of Jaco getting graphic novels, possibly.

The collection of Komi Naoshi's (author of Nisekoi) one shots going to release on upcoming April. AND the collection of short works by Katsura Masakazu (author of Zetman) and Toriyama Akira (author of Dragon Ball) going to release on upcoming April as well.

It is confirmed that Beelzebub has ended on Issue 13 and its spin-off will begin on Jump Next which going to release on upcoming May.
