Indeed really a famous author, this is a manga that deals with death in a philosophical manner tho, also worth a shot, not as good as his more popular stuff, but enjoyable just as much.

The stories really feel complete, with a sort of everyday plot that evolves into the ending of that first story, wow, that was breathtaking the way the keeper presented herself at the childbirth table.

Yeah the sequels can also be discussed here. The art is gloomy and fitting. The mangaka truly is one of the best to build atmosphere.
