Neymar getting booked in Brazil? Not going to happen, even when you have the ref who holds the record for the most yellows and reds awarded in a season in La Liga out there.

I'm actually very surprised by the lack of yellows on the first half... there were 2 or 3 fouls that could be easily be awarded with a yellow card.
I can feel some confusion until the end of the match... yepps ran to the midfield screaming at the referee 2 times already

It is entertaining because both are making tons of mistakes leading to dangerous situations but i would not call this a great match at all. Brazil also does not really look better (except maybe Maicon instead of Alves and Fernandinho in midfield), Colombia is just so unbelievable bad, equally bad as the referee.

Any match that is entertaining is already a great match in my book, in its own regard. Many factors can make a match 'great'. Way more fun to watch than the sleep fest of Germany v France. What a snore that was. This is how a quarter final should be in terms of entertainment level.

Colombia is horrible at all levels, also due to very good pressing from brasil.

In terms of entertainment I agree, but the amount of mistakes and the lack of structure are not really worthy for a WC QF.

Not my view, if i want to see chances created by fatal mistakes of the opponent, i can just watch amateur teams going from goal to goal without any tactical finesse. A match like this is certainly not worthy of a quarterfinal of a tourney that is supposed to decide the best of the world and i am probably alone in this but i rather watch the sleep fest of Germany vs France where intelligent players show their tactical education rather than these street footballers.

I see more teamwork from Brazil compared to Chile match where they were afraid to leave their own half and shooting the ball aimlessly. They're keeping the Colombian players under pressure and don't let them play their own game. Neymar is making lots of unnecessary mistakes though, he needs to learn sometimes simple play is the best play.

second half have been hard to watch so far
colombia got better, but the game is way too much "truncado", dunno the word in english, stiff should be close
much fouling and fewer good chances compared to the first half

Wow there are people who think that Germany v. France is more entertaining than this? Yeah, I'd rather watch amateur football for sure over that match. There was no sense of hype or whatsoever in that match apart from the last 5 minutes.

Why does Brazil remind me of Germany so much? XD Should they play against each other, I call it the match of disappointing guys who still advanced because of some individual performances.

I fear the match will be similar to GER vs ALG. Because this Brazil reminds me a lot of Algeria.

We shouldn't forget that Colombia is not even horrible today. If Chile players are watching, they should be crying.
