Argentina is outclassing Germany honestly. Germany looks pretty chippy and lost right now.

This is what we expected, Argentina is secure in the defense with a big amount of players, mascherano putting pressure on our midfield and messi, lavezzi and higuain countering. Outclassing is way exaggerated, they are the better team so far though.

Argentina was doing better until 40, but Germany improved in the end. Good match so far.

I don't see how it's exaggerated, Argentina was better than Germany in every aspect. But since I said that Germany has shown more signs of life themselves, so. But I think overall Argentina was better in the first half.

Man, what a game! Normally I would root for germany however if argentina wins messi will have a world cup on him which just might make people forget maradona (fuck that guy, seriously). I am a tad conflicted right now....

I said Germany recovered after I posted. It's not like I'm saying Argentina outclassed them for the entire half. But early they definitely did, in my eyes.

I already said that it was exaggerated what he said but truth is, their tactic works until now while ours does not -> Argentina better team. Obviously, when i wrote that, we did not have the 3 additional chances to score.

Emphasis lies on counterattacks, Argentina has incredibly fast players with Lavezzi and especially Messi. Until now, they could not show it since they mostly played against defensive teams but in this match, Germany is the dominant one regarding ball posession, so they have space and Messi does not have 3 people surrounding him.
