One Point on Corazon Face is rare that no one else has, it´s his Facepainting. That no one else have besides, some Person who was only short introduce in this Arc. Could it be Corazon, Brother of Don Flamingo, is an CP Agent/Soldier. Normally they only work under the WG. But fleet Admiral could be high enough to get some contact.
So is the FacePainting and indication of the CP which number ever.

Well I thought it was because he was a "spy" , noticed that his original face is on the Marine poster but to not get noticed by the World Government , he had to cover his face up .

A lot of people will think I'm insane but I think that Dragon used to be an admiral on par with Akainu and the others at the time. He thought that he could change what he thought was wrong with the world by joining the marines. After seeing the evils done by the world government he decided to become a revolutionary. It would also explain why there are three admirals with logia devil fruit powers(Dragon was the fourth) because I believe that the admirals are equal to the yonko. I also type Dragon has a logia devil fruit power.

At this point of the story, Usopp is the living being who did the most damage to Celestial Dragon
