Last time I gave a shock of reality here I got my post deleted, so I don't talk anymore, I just observe.
If I were not busy, I would read Black Cover just out of curiosity, but...
Nisekoi, Haikyuu, Shokugeki no Soma, Assassination Classroom... I think all of them I read since chapter one, except maybe Nisekoi, but it was around 5~6 chapters and all of them I felt that they were different... Boku no Hero Academia I started after the success, but I'm sure I would feel the same.
It is not something to brag about, but I have a good accuracy. I have to read myself, in the end...

One thing I should say, if Japanese readers are between love and hate like people are here, the series don't have any chance given the situation of the magazine. Either it is unanimously good, or it will not last long. The magazine doesn't have space for half-assed series right now.

So I don't read Yu-Gi-Oh Zexal, but according to ESJ they are currently in the final duel so I assume the series is ending soon.
Assuming the series gets replaced with another monthly when it ends; what do you guys think it will be?
I'd say Sousei no Onmyoji has a really good shot due to how Viz is already bringing it over west for print, but it would be nice to see 7th Garden given a chance as well.
Or for all we know, Viz could just replace it with another weekly series and we'll maybe get either Kagamigami, Assassination Classroom, Haikyuu, Hinomaru Sumo, Tokyo Ghoul: RE, or Kingdom out of it.

Speaking of the last two series, I really think it would be a good idea for Jump to start delving into Weekly Young Jump series.
There's a lot of potential series that could really hook an western fanbase (or already have in the cases of TG and Kingdom) and ESJ has done seinen series before in the past like; All You Need Is Kill. They also ran a chapter of Tokyo Ghoul iirc as well.

It was obvious and evident that I was talking about new series IN THE PRESENT MOMENT, NOW, CURRENTLY.
See? That's why it is hard to discuss here.... It is impossible not losing your patience... ¬¬

However, it fits a observation: if it weren't for its special treament, Bleach would have been cancelled years ago.
As for Naruto, I have no idea why it was mentioned.

7th Garden strikes me as a series that tries too hard to be Nanatsu no Taizai & fails

- Medieval times setting
- The kingdom & the knights who are supposed to be good guys are actually evil, the evil people are actually good
- The MC is a blonde kid with magic sword
- The female lead's eyes are each a different color & she can heal any injury, even bring the dead back to life
- Devils & fanservies everywhere

and yeah how could i forgot the friggin' title have the word "7" in it

& once again, the art is amazing

I think YGO will be replaced with YGO. This final duel will probably last long enough for jpn to announce a non SD Arc V manga + a month with some special chp to celebrate the movie?

I dont think Kingdom has as large an American fandom as people make it out to have, and whose gonna buy that huge backlog of volumes? Unless you want omnibus releases.

They usually had two YGO manga running at a time (GX was canceled to make room for Zexal), so Arc-V probably would have started by now. I think it had a non-SD oneshot at some point, too.

I don't know about the recent chapters, I stopped reading it after the fight with young priest, they said they were going to reveal Warda's past next issue or something & that wasn't interesting enough for me so i dropped it.

It is? I know it has transforming weapons but I never knew it would be a sci-fi series, I feel more excited to read it now.

Well it hasn't outright brought out the lightsabers and spaceships and all that, but there's been enough stuff shown that it's obviously not just another fantasy world. Hasn't really gone in-depth with it though, mostly just shown it happening in the background.

Very interesting. Couldn't resist the spoilers, but oh well. And yea since we're getting off topic I'm hoping for another decent Kagamigami ranking, really enjoyed the first chapter.

Thanks for the info! Hope that WT gets come color pages in Issue 21 with its 100th chapter, 100 chapter are usually always a good point to get color pages.

Yeah, visually, Black Clover has identity. But comics is not only aesthetics, right?
It's like they say: a good script can save bad drawings, but good drawings can't save a bad script (I know Obata agree with me).
