Kochikame
I'm hoping that Kochikame's mangaka retires in the next few years to leave an extra free space in the magazine.

We will all die before Kochikame finishes. Even if the author is gone they will have somebody else to keep drawing.

I don't think so. Jump series are very personal. It's like those people who think that HxH should (and will) be drawn by someone else in the future. But it will never happen. When Akimoto retires, Kochikame will end.

I think meaningless discuss here about the success of Black Clover, he still had only two ranked chapters. All of us here have seen mangas that started extremely well and fell over time, as well as mangas that started badly and went up to the top. So, if Black Clover will be a huge success or not will depend on their future positions and sales, end of story. We need to have a little of patience.

It's just their choice of wording, there's isn't a genre I know of called "true fantasy" :XD
Bad choice of word. It was exactly what I said in my first post of the discussion, it doesn't exist.

i have an unpopular opinion ( though i don't know why ) but i really like haihyuu better than BnH and i hope it sells a lot more by that time, but i haven't caught up to the manga yet :D so i'm a bit sad a lot of you ranked it a bit lower. any estimates as how long it may last ( judging by the manga itself and the life expectancy of sports manga ) ?

I didn't write Haikyuu at all simply since I expect it to end by that time. I would say the manga is past half it's life and now is 3 years old.

The next week will be very important: UBS will surprise us in his first rank? BC will remain on top? Btw, when the magazine will take a break?

I have that same opinion!

Though there is the thing about Sports titles in WSJ until now only living for a short time, max around 30 volumes(Yep, I know 30 is not literally a short running :P), with only Prince of Tennis getting 42 volumes(and even continuing later in Jump Square). This means that a popular sport series average life span in the magazine is around 6 years. Haikyuu!! has right now 3 years, so only 3 more years.

Now, by how the story of Haikyuu!! is going it can easily be a long running sport series like Hajime no Ippo, Major or others. I hope that Haikyuu!! is the big exception and it goes for a long long time in the magazine.

3 years left for Haikyuu!! Seems too little. Current match can last us until 2016, half next year for the next training arc, and then mid 2016 to 2019 for the next tourney.

It was a joke dude. Self implied by "we will all die".
