Naruto can still use Rikudou Sage Mode...

...but only when he has access to all of the tailed beast chakras. He hasn't met up with the bijuu anymore, so he can only use KYUUBI Sage Mode in the movie. That's why it looks the same, but lacks truthseeker orbs. He doesn't have the chakra natures necessary to create truthseekers anymore.

Not till he gets a boost of chakra from the other beasts again.

I don't think that's the Kyuubi sage mode, we've seen Naruto use it before meeting Hagoromo and he had the pigmentation around, in the latest scans he doesn't have them

In The Last : Naruto the movie, that was just his regular Chakra mode + Sage mode, he didn't use Rikudou's Sage Mode at all
People need to made this distinction, if there's not pigmentation around his eyes, it's Rikudou's Sage Mode, if there's, then it's his regular Sage Mode

Rikudou's Sage Mode is the official name in the Databook, so I really don't know where people get this Ashura mode stuff

Six Paths Mode (Rikudou Mode) Would be what Madara and Obito used. Six Paths SAGE Mode (Rikudou Sage Mode) would be what Naruto used. It's annoying to try to keep up with, sure. But the distinction is probably necessary.

Ashura Mode is a name people started using because his Rikudou Sage Mode took on a different look thanks to combining cloned bijuu mode clones. It looked eerily like Ashura's Bijuu mode, and since people still, for some reason, aren't willing to accept that Ashura was a Jinchuuriki and thus was using a legit Bijuu Mode, the term Ashura Mode was born.

The only reason anyone brings it up in the first place is because of the truthseekers and access to multiple elements anyway. It's why no one bothers acknowledging the eyes. Believe me when I say even with acknowledging that he's still in RSM no one cares if it isn't a full strength version.

And the chakra he receive during the war were exhaustible and has been exhausted during his fight against Sasuke and he cannot tele-receive them.

Yeah. I actually forget that part. But I think he doesn't have them at the level where he can perform justu with them anymore.

He was shown able to still fly in the last movie and thats the only thing that leads me to believe he still has their chakra. he cant fly with just his Nine Tails Chakra Mode

Minus TSB. i agree with yoir point of him not having Bijuu chakra, but since he is their meeting place than all he would have to do is "meet them" within himself and get the chakra. that would be most logical to wxplain the confusion. i believe.

I was thinking that, Kurama is the Anchor for them to meet inside Naruto thats why the sage request he stay inside him, along side guaranteeing naruto's survival

Did the sage request Kurama to continue inside him? I've always been curious how things are working on that matter, since Bee and Naruto have their Bijuu back inside them in their own free will and Naruto could take Kurama out at will, in part or entirely. Also it is possible that Gaara gained Shukaku back too.

Hagoromo asked Kurama to be sealed back within Naruto yes, although I think Kurama would've chosen so even if Hagoromo didn't ask him
