how many episodes are there? is it that bad
I think 5 so far?
No, it's not bad but it being an invented storyline that sort of exists within the universe of the show and not the books is kind of a downer to me. I mean, it's understandable when you have all these actors to voice all of the characters and everything, but I would have much rather had it take place during notable moments in Westeros' history. Like the Dance of the Dragons or one of the Blackfyre rebellions. Or it could have even been during Robert's Rebellion if they insisted on keeping people from the show in it. Instead we get a story about a northern house that is quite minor in the actual canon, sort of being jammed into the story...which is okay for stuff taking place in the North I guess, but one of the daughters is somehow a handmaiden to Margaery, which really doesn't make much sense at all. I guess it was put in so the characters in King's Landing could be featured, but it seems a bit forced and I'm sort of a stickler when it comes to story logic.

It's my first Telltale game as well, and I was a bit disappointed that it isn't actually a true choose your path game. The outcome is predetermined, your "choices" are pretty much an illusion.
