Well, there really is literally nothing to go on with this. We have never seen drake do a anything except short skirmishes. Which tell us he is pretty powerful but not how much or in regards to whom. The only thing we can reasonably say is that drake would probably have the stronger fruit considering he is a freaking dinosaur. However in context that wouldn't be a decisive factor here.

Although not much was shown about Drake, based on his fight in Shabondy I don't think he has the speed necessary to fight against Lucci. So I will give this to Lucci.

lucci, CP0 members are governments elites, considering his lack of tolerance to failure, i can imagine what he went through to compensate for his loss to luffy and bring himself to return to CP, and since he's gonna appear after dressrosa arc, i can only imagine that he would be stronger than doffy, drake wouldnt stand much chance

I can't imagine any scenario where Lucci could be stronger than Doffy.

And yeah, CP are gov elites but X-Drake was a previous marine rear admiral and easily outclasses Lucci's zoan fruit. Some of Lucci's attacks could do some decent damage to Drake, but... the dude's a T-rex. Unless Lucci has absolutely nutso defensive haki, a T-rex is a T-rex
