Well, it's a one-day tournament so expect a lot of Battle Royale rounds. What a coincidence, it's Yun Che's specialty of fighting many people simultaneously, most of which are higher ranked than him... and squishing them like bugs.

Now Yun Che has the whole set of Phoenix techniques which will make his fire attacks stronger than before.

Now we also know that Yun Che has two enemies from the Sacred Grounds; Mighty Sword and Sun and Moon. Ye Xinghan is already in the mid stages of Tyraant profound stage so the experts and sect master should be crazy in power level.

I wonder how Yun Che is going to win this tournament because each country has 10 people participating in it so he will have to face tonnes of people in just one day. Forget about other 5 countries since Yun Che will be able to defeat them with a sweep of his sword but the Phoenix Sect has disciples who should be at least mid level thrones. So facing 10 mid stages thrones is going to be tough for Yun Che.

I wonder if Yun Che will dies again! He supposedly died after theBlue Wind Empire tournament so now there is another one!

Well... we just had the format of the tournament explained, and Yun Che's opinion is mine as well: "@%&#!!'
Yun Che came to the tournament by himself, and all other countries came with teams of 10.
To shorten the tournament to 1 day, all competitors will be fighting one team vs another team.
This means it'll be Yun Che vs a team of 10, so 1 vs 10. At least for the preliminary rounds.
Now, if the teams are mostly Sky Profound level, that won't really be a problem, but there will be Thrones mixed in there. Low level thrones may not be a problem, but what if some of those experts are a half step into the Tyrant Profound level... some might be. Even after him leveling up, he'll be exhausted fighting that kind of opponent.

I would have much rather it have been in a Battle Royale format instead... at least then some of the opponents would have been fighting each other.

Ok, all the teams have been introduced and I think Yun Che can beat all of the other nations except possibly for Divine Phoenix Empire's team. The other teams are mostly Sky Profound levels with 1 or 2 low level thrones in the mix. In fact if he faced them all together it would still be easier for Yun Che than when he faced Burning Heaven Clan... he's stronger and the thrones would be weaker. My main concern is how much strength he'll have left for the finals against Divine Phoenix Empire's team. That will be a tough fight.

I just hope that Yun Che doesn't turn Blue Wind into the targets of all these nations. He needs to be awesome while also not being disrespectful... and the 2nd part is somewhat hard for him.... especially when there is scorn being heaped on him.

Just don't deliberately kill people... at least not too many.

I'm with you Wowzers but we both know what's really going to happen. Yun Che is going to abuse and humiliate them all and pick fights with the world. Then run off with all the pretty girls.

I'm not sure they had time to be conscious of being abused and humiliated.
I had some hopes of his restraint when I saw the title 'Slap Slap to the Face'... but he dashed my hopes by 'slapping' them with the broad side of his sword.
You know... the one that weighs 10 tones.

At best, the entire team some of the team has been crippled... and some spectators may be dead too.

On the other hand, my concerns about him tiring himself out before the battle with Divine Phoenix Empire's team seems unfounded. I doubt he would even get warmed up fighting the other 5 nations.

There is enmity with Divine Phoenix Empire already so even if other five nations become enemies it would hardly matter. Phoenix Empire is going to attack Blue Wind soon... I hope Yun Che could tell the death of Phoenix Spirit to the sacred grounds otherwise Blue Wind is dead unless author can give him another random power-up.

This arc is flying along! I expecting this tournament to last a lot longer than this.

These poor Divine Phoenix Sect guys though... I mean, sure they are total D-bags but the one ability they pride themselves on, fire, is pretty much useless against Yun Che. It's not even close to a fair fight.

I miss Xia Qingyue (official wife) already, and chu yuechan. Both really devote their lives and love in a cool and elegant ways. I even become a member of this forum just to express my feelings, this is so not me.. Lol
I also read this novel 442 pages in 4 days just like the rest of you, tired eyes but worth it. Waiting for those 2 faithful ladies..
Wish i can read my non fiction kobo and kindle books like this. Imagine i can finish a book within 4 days yet i usually need months to finish a book. Imagine what cultivation strength and wisdom i can achieve if i can read so fast

Wow 4 days! It took me more than that to catch up to it when the chapters were in the 300's. Dedication.

Seems like Divine Phoenix Sect is also like any other sect Yun Che has faced before. They think what they do and say is right and when something doesn't go to plan they blame others

Makes binge watching a show on netflix seem utterly insignificant doesn't it? It's a good time though.

When the neck pain subsides and your eyeballs become a little less bloodshot you should give Long Live Summons a look. This and that were the two best binge reads ever.

Yun Che odesn't need the help of his brother in law after all. Seems like he can beat the others with the 6th stage of world ode of phoenix since he hasn't used it already.

Yuanba has more potential than the Heavenly Monarch which means he will certainly will become a Monarch or even possibly a God! Yuanba's and Qinque's mother must be a major charactor like Jasmine since both of her children has special bodies.

Sigh~ Author is making the power scale too ridiculous. Yun Che has already been completely exhausted and yet he plans to fight a group of Thrones.

Let him accept defeat for once...backing when necessary is also a sign of strength.

Well he just did! And he only used the 5th and 6th stages of the Worde Ode Phoenix. So not that draining.

He could have beat Feng Xiluo very quickly if Yun Che did not want to prove himself. He wanted to show that his phoenix blood is far superior to their blood.

I thought that was obvious seeing how special she was treated. There was more than parental love.

Plus when Jasmine said that Phoenix spirit was dead I thought she was hinting towards Princess inherited her powers or something as Jasmine mentioned spirit's death near the valley.
