Well, no major character died during the last arc, so whether their plot armor is still intact or has finally been removed is still to be seen. I tend to think we'll see the SL dropping like flies (more so than with the female titan), but who knows. I guess on the following:
-Levi. I don't think that his death will be in vain or mundane, he'll probably have a great impact on this battle but considering that it's too early for MT to die (since he has been referred to as a key character to the story) I think that would be the most probable outcome. Also, humanity's strongest soldier dying would be a good way to show the direness of the situation.
-I'd also be pretty surprised if Sasha didn't get killed, since Isayama's original plans for her were to kill her in volume 9, and lately she hasn't contributed much to the plot.
-Reiner will probably kick the bucket, having four titan shifters (counting Annie) against the SL and just one shifter seems like overkill to me, and Eren seems to have an advantage over him. I think we'll see Annie return until the final arc, and Bertholdt is the serie's mascot, so of all the shifters I'd say Reiner is the least relevant.
-Ymir is a Schrödinger's cat, both death and alive at the moment. Some shifter might have eaten her, but she could just be held prisoner in their village.
-I tend to think Erwin will die, but then again the man has stomped on so many of his death flags I'm not holding my breath in suspense.
-I'd say Hanji, Jean, Marlo and Connie have an equal chance of making it to the next arc or getting killed. There's still around 20+ chapters to go until the story concludes and some major characters still need to be around until the ending gets delivered.
-One of the main trio dying would be a big shock, it might not happen until the final arc but if it happens during the next chapters it certainly would get many reactions. Out of EMA, I tend to think Mikasa has the highest probabilities of dying for the following reasons:
a) Isayama has said that Eren and Armin won't stay friends forever, and Mikasa's death (whom both love very much) could cause a huge strife between them.
b) Eren isn't bothered by Mikasa anymore and has finally accepted that he was mean to her because he was jealous. I wouldn't be unlike Isayama to kill Mikasa now that her relationship with Eren has improved.
c) This one could be true or not, but from what I've read in other sites Isayama has said that he doesn't plan to develop Mikasa any further. She has ultimately been pushed in the background and hasn't done anything important to the plot, so it is possible that her role has concluded.
d) Considering Eren's use of the Coordinate was triggered by Hannes death, Mikasa's death could have Eren use it to its full potential, allowing the SL to win against the shifters. Also, wanting revenge would be a good motivation for Eren to go to the village (even though the revenge part might feel a bit redundant).
