There are several references to other Talse Uzer Stories in Tower of God, one of the biggest being the existence of Phantaminum and his history with the Tower. We still know very little about the outside world too. What's it like? What kind of things are out there? Is the Tower just the location of this one entry of the TUS? I find the whole concept of Axis and the other "stories" very confusing. Will the other Talse Uzer Stories take place in locations in the Outside world?

Well, I always thought the outside of the tower at least was, in way, our world. Within the tower we see a number of references to things from our world. From the way people dress to pop culture stuff like pokemon go and whatnot. Going through the blog posts and other material there are a number of references to things like oxygen and how it is different from shinsoo. What I have never been able to make sense of is the idea that the outside world is bigger than the tower though. Each floor in the tower is suppused to be the size of a continent. So the 130 something floors would make up something vastly larger than earth. I guess there could be the freedom aspect in here as well. People within the tower are effectively slaves, presumably to the tower and administrators. Even when bam first made a contract the administrator made a point that the contract was a chain, not just power.

That's sort of what I wanted to believe as well. There's also Phantaminum. He's an Axis, which is pretty much a God with limited power over a specific "story" in the outside world. I hope we get to find out why he even entered the Tower in the first place. He was clearly after Zahard.
Also, what exactly dpcupu think Baams cave was? It was the symbol of Zahard blslsntly stapled on the wall

Well, phantamimum seems like a joke character in a way.... The guy gets to walk in and be god? That's kind absurd. The series has a whole has a video game vibe to it. With that in mind phantamimum seems to be something like an admin... I wonder if the secret really is that the whole story takes place in a video game.....

To be honest that'd ruin the story for me. I don't want another VMMO RPG
But yeah SIU has expressly stated that Phantaminum will not be present in Tower of God at all. At least we'll get to see Enyru at some later stages, and I'm looking forward to the time when Baam and Mazino meet up again

It is not clear at this point when the TUS will come into play.
There was a work from SIU before tower of god which got deleted since and had concepts like the Axis (you mentioned them) and how fights between them would look.

How much of this is retconned is not clear by now. Possibly there will not be Axis after all, we will see.
Possibly SIU imagined ToG to be much shorter and then make several stories, but ToG got so big that he decided otherwise.

Well, to be fair, just because bam will never meet him it does not mean phataminum will never have a role to play in the series. He already showed up a while ago and killed a bunch of people. For all we know he might show up and do something again. Without meeting bam of course.

Of course, and Axis only have near omnipotent power in their own stories right? So the Zahard Family, or someone else in the Royal Palace had something to do with Phantaminium's story

It depends on how you define a story. In this case a story could easily be everything that happens in the tower. So within that even the likes of zahard could be but very small cogs in a much bigger machine. It's not necessarily a specific story in regards to a specific character, a story in this case would make sense as the everything happening in this specific universe. It could even engulf the world outside the tower as well....
