Ahh so many of my favorites are female, but if I can only choose three then they gotta be:

Boa: Betweeen the crushing on Luffy and the literal bending over backwards to those beneath her, she's just so much fun. I'm always interested in what she has to say and what she's getting up to.

Nami: I like that even though she's not one of the stronger members of the crew, she can still be useful in fights. She's also like Robin's little sister which is cute.

Robin: In a manga where the most powerful people are men, and in a crew that are predominantly men, I like that Robin's strength is still relevant. She's not a push over and can put a leash on people like Hakuba.
