I agree fam @Nayrael I was surprised once he got on the ship to Cross City there was no panel time of him on the ship, author said fuck that and skipped right to the city. That was good chance for him to have Boro interact with the passengers to slow down the pace. Salvia does have a cool occupation but Boro main objective after learning what she is was to find info on Carlos. She bitches him, he saves her, she follows him. The routine. Fine with that but why introduce Eutass right away if she's gonna take that role from her? Lol, he's basically about to be his guide to the world of demons and she's just gonna assist them here and there. For all that the author could of introduced Eutass first. Issues are clearly seen so far.

Also on World's End Harem before Rei got froze for 5 years we've seen Mahiru as a kid sorta and I was like "something is gonna happen where she's gonna become older and more sexualized I bet". 5 years later... that volume cover . And unsurprisingly his harem includes her. Best girl by default goes to Suou or Erisa (if it's her)

If you have ever read any manga ever you can guess Animored plot twist after 2 pages, the oneshot itself was ok

Sky Claw oneshot was way better than twin peach oneshot, I'll be mad if he choose to serializedthat instead

Kimetsu academy omake was fine, why do most Jump manga have a school setting in their omakes?

Higuma no Te is basically a Jump SQ title waiting to happen

Golazo omake was fun, is lifting some ojiisan really a better exercise than pulling tires?

Daida Hanamaru is a 50:50 chance title, it will either be a big success or it will flop badly

and yeah, dat Fire Punch omake...WTF is wrong with this mangaka?

I don't read Fire Punch but I would absolutely read a full series of that cooking show.
Higuma would be great in SQ, too bad it's never happening or they'd have put it in Crown instead. RIP.

@jagman1x3 when an author does a collab does that author have to be in the same coexisting magazine as the requested author he/she wants to do the collab with? I'm not meaning someone in WSM collab'ing with WSJ I mean like a WSJ author collab'ing with some in Jump Cross or Young Jump. Same with WSM and Young Seinen being they're both with Kodansha if I'm remember right

WSJ and Jump SQ have different editorial departments

WSJ have jump akamaru, jump next, jump giga, jump cross as their oneshots experimenting ground
SQ have sq 19, sq crown as their experimenting ground

you can guess which editorial department an author have a contract with based on where his oneshot was published

Collaborations are so rare that they're pretty much all special cases, but when they do happen it's usually between two series in the same magazine just because then they don't have to worry about people who only read one of the series not being able to read it because they don't buy the other magazine.

A week or two ago I was looking through Jump series that got axed and saw Neko Wappa and it looked really cute and sounded like it was interesting

Takes place in a world where everyone can use <power> but MC-kun is for some reason the only kid who can't use <power>. His childhood friend is incredibly gifted and everyone loves him. MC and his friends are attacked and childhood friend is beaten, then MC yells about believing in yourself, then it turns out he really was a special snowflake all along and is actually the only person with a specific, super-strong variation of <power> and saves the day.

Figured I'd just generalize it to all of Jump in case you wanted to ask about anything else afterwards.
