Hinomaru Zumou has all the circumstances about being about a old sports, but I wonder about the other ones...
Dance-bu is a good manga, it is interesting and doesn't lack in anything serious... Samon-kun I didn't think it would even survive, so I don't know about this one either. XD

Hinomaru Zumou is, in my opinion, fantastically set up to either end soon or continue forward. Each scenario being as likely as the other.

Im willing to bet it will end within the next year. After the current tournament which is ~3/4 complete, there will likely be a training arc and then the final tournament arc where the MC will face his 2 main rivals. I dont see the series continuing after that tournament, because for the MC to reach his goal, he has to beat his rivals in that tournament. Everything would feel kind of lackluster after that if it continued, and it's been made clear it will be his final chance to beat them or he's essentially screwed.

Glad to see Kimetsu's sales increasing so steadily. Honestly didn't realize how much its sales have been rising until now, thanks for the info. Hope it keeps on rising and rising until it reaches a million per volume.
Samon seems to have gotten a decent increase since its first volume, although things seem to have come to almost a complete stop. Hope it at least gets an OVA so that translations can come out more frequently (or someone translates the Spanish chapters into English at the very least).

I can't get into Samon due to the art. I think Sesuji is good, and Kimetsu and Hinomaru Zumou are definitely in my top 5 of the magazine.

It's a sports series about high school sumo wrestling. The MC aims to be the Yokozuna(the highest rank in the sport). It's very good.

I initially started reading Hinomaru Zumou when I heard Kubo was a fan of it years ago. Anyway, yeah, it's very good. The mangaka really knows how to hype, much like Mitsutoshi did with Toriko.

Yup, and Kimetsu no Yaiba has the most potential out of all of them. Only 4 volumes in and it already sells more than the other three. It's sales increase of 10k per new volume and multiple reprints make me hopeful for an anime adaptation sometime in the near future. It just needs that one lasting arc that can really boost its popularity.

At this point I've accepted that Hinomaru Zumou will always be a 30k seller because its this far in its lifespan and it shows no signs of gaining popularity. I'm just grateful that it's lasted this long even with it's subpar sales. Same with Samon, both of these manga have little hope of achieving success without a good anime adaptation.

Kimetsu no Yaiba's anime is pretty much inevitable now with how its growing, I'll be surprised if we don't see an announcement by the end of the year.

Who do people want to see adapt it? It feels kind of like a Madhouse series to me.
