And yes, this cover is so pinky... Perhaps "trop de rose tue le rose" (aka too much)... but honestly, I can't think of another color for a cover featuring Tsuru on it. I think it's perfect for her.

As far as pink goes, it might be because there's a few female characters on it. And it also makes it more light hearted, since this is supposed to be the ending of the Dressrosa arc and the beginning of a new one.
One Piece volume 81, titled "ネコマムシの旦那に会いに行こう" or "Let's Go See Master Nekomamushi" (or Viz title - “Let’s Go See The Cat Viper”), will be on sale in Japan on 4th April 2016.
The volume cover features the Straw Hats, prominently with Luffy upfront, followed by Sanji and Brook, Nami and Chopper at both sides of Sanji, being surrounded by the inhabitants of the island of Zou with Nekomasmushi (Cat Viper), Inuarashi (Dogstorm), and many other Minks in the background. Momonosuke in his dragon form is also appearing behind Luffy.
The volume has a total of 208 pages and will contain Chapter 807 to Chapter 816*.

Besides the featuring of some minks and the most important characters of Zou island, Inu and Neko, the other prominent characters are Luffy and Momo, in which the both of them have the similar expression. While Luffy holding on to the letter, Momo is also reading the content behind him. Their shocking expression is one which has caught my attention.

News on One Piece Volume 82
It is officially announced in Shonen Jump's website that Volume 82 will be released on July 4th, 2016. The details are posted in One Piece Podcast .
I think the addition of Vivi in the background feels very ominous, and hints at the importance of the Rêverie and such. I'm thinking this arc will have a lot to do with political ties and whatnot as well ...

I didn't expect it to be out so soon. But I'm excited to see it (and obviously be added to our opening thread for references).
Volume #82 Info:
A World Abuzz / ざわつく世界 (Zawatsuku Sekai), covers Chapters 817-827 and will be released on July 4, 2016 in Japan.
The background colour from light (cool) blue to fading white, and the title uses dark red, white and peach. I would say the volume cover has a good combination of colours.
The cast in the Volume features the Team Luffy at the centre, with Princess Vivi lying behind them and she is featured in tint blue.
Blue always typifies the sky or the sea and is often associated with depth and stability. It also symbolises trust, loyalty, confidence, faith and intelligence. The light shade of blue truly does speak well of Vivi. Concurrently, she is one of the many friends of Luffy (and everyone else in Straw Hat Pirates) to be considered as a nakama. Their bond lies deep within their hearts. Vivi may not be able to join as a mugiwara due to the sensitivity of her royal lineage, but she will always be a mugiwara at heart.
As reverie approaches, Vivi appearing in the Cover with the Mugiwara represents the importance of the event. At the same time, the significance of Vivi's (and perhaps her father as well) role that she will play in the meeting. I believe Oda is trying to bring a special message across through his drawing.

Looks like the siblings attire and hair colour matches their epithets:
Reiju = Poison Pink
Ichiji = Sparking Red
Niji = Electric Blue
Yonji = Winch Green
Not what I was expecting, but given that we knew their epithets from their introduction, it isn't really much of a surprise. I wonder what Sanji's name would've been had he stayed at Germa? Hope Oda will reveal that in a SBS someday.

Ah the eyebrow thing was pointed out when Yonji was first shown in ch825. A sign of his failed modification? Neither parents have curly eyebrows; Judge seems to have thick brows and Sora regular thin eyebrows.
The family looks like some futuristic racing car drivers with those outfits.
@xzaizenx: Possibly. Unless it's just like the Ryuguu Kingdom family where all the children had different hair colours from each other. For all we know, Sanji would've ended up with blond hair even if his modification had been successful.
really like the new vol. 84 cover, showcasing the Vinsmoke family. Luffy and Sanji really fit well on the cover of this volume, given what was happening in those chapters.
