That's the problem with it, Hungry Marie is only good if you read and enjoyed Beelzebub, heck it spent half the chapter joking about it not being Beelzebub with a bunch of sameface (which non-fans obviously aren't going to get). There's not much there for new readers.

I wouldn't say that I enjoyed Hungry Marie, I had to push myself to finish the first chapter hoping for it to get better. Beelzebub had a better first chapter that set up the premise well unlike Hungry Marie. Since I really enjoyed Beelzebub (just finished it yesterday), I'm hoping this one gets better. At the moment though my expectations are lower than before.

And so, the quick asumptions that this is going to be a harem thing when there´s less than 10 chapters begins...

Or maybe is like Yuuna, where romantic developments happen later?

Of course people are calling it a harem. It seemed like it was advertised as being a love triangle scenario, and now that it's introduced another girl in the fourth chapter, it only makes sense that it's looking like it's becoming a harem.

If you haven't, this series humor is probably not for you and that's okay.

I read Beelzebub entirely and I remember that its beginning was better than this, I also know from my experience with Beelzebub that Tamura weakness is romance, which who doesn't know how to do. I hope he saying that it will be a romance series was just a joke like the entire chapter. The only interesting part of the "confess no confess" trouble that was the entire chapter was the last page, where Oga transformed into Hilda (they are not the only ones who had the same face Beelzezbub characters, I read the entire with a sense of dejá-vu), which gives hope, but not that much. The comedy was below Beelzebub to top it of. Beelzebub was never a great success itself so...

U19 ch 3 was better, still a bit annoying though. MC is a PITA.
Poro ch 2 was fine. It didnt do anything particularly bad, but it wasnt amazing either. It lacks any real substance to make you want to read more which is a worry.

Eh? Bleach's popularity in the West compared to FT and Nanatsu can be argued but Japan? FT and Nanatsu are not comparable to Bleach's peak in Japan.

Also the last update we got in the US was 2.1 million volumes as of volume 36 and 1.8 million DVD's had been sold. This was back in 2012 and Bleach is now at volume 68 in the US.

I know it doesn't really matter so long as the stories good, but did we really need a third romance this round. I was hoping it would've been a survival/scifi manga

I wonder if they're avoiding battle shounen this round due to the string of failures they've had in the past half year, the only series this batch so far with fighting in the intro chapter is Poro and that was just a quick oneshot victory with most of the chapter being gag stuff.

Maybe Dr Stone will have something.

If this manga is a romance then why is the preview of two males? Japan is still much too conservative to serialize a gay romance in the most popular manga magazine aimed at young boys. Even less likely is it catches on. Shueshia isn't going to take that risk no matter who the mangaka is.

Like I said, one of the dudes probably wants to make a confession to his love interest but before he can her and probably a bunch of other people are turned to stone. Him and the other dude are probably friends or have some other reason to team up to save them.

RWBY is a waste of space on the Viz's magazine on what should have been another WSJ's series. Viz just bandwagoning on the franchise.
