I would like to have Irene in a progression of sorts in the background with young in one corner Wendy black having Irene ripped out of her in another and dragon Irene in the middle maybe just the eye with Erza charging towards her. In foreground sting and lican and in the center of all this natsu either looking depressed or unconscious. Incredibly unlikely to happen and spoiling as can be but it would be awesome.

Predictions for Volume 60's cover and design?

Kind of late in asking already gave mine.

I would like to have Irene in a progression of sorts in the background with young in one corner Wendy black having Irene ripped out of her in another and dragon Irene in the middle maybe just the eye with Erza charging towards her. In foreground sting and lican and in the center of all this natsu either looking depressed or unconscious. Incredibly unlikely to happen and spoiling as can be but it would be awesome.

Kinda of hate my self for asking this but if volume 60 contains most of the Irene fight how many more chapters would volume 70 and 77 translate to as I am grudgingly thinking that might be the end point

Nice much cleaner than what I had in mind (I still like what I had in mind better but this is a lot more manageable) kind of shocked they didn't work natsu in there since he was kind of in almost ever chapter and it was such a major part of his character arc, oh well I am over it.

This cover is similar to the Gray/Silver one. I thought Larcade's eye was black like Zeref and Natsu's eyes. Which reminds me Laxus has orange eyes in the manga but Laxus has gray eyes in the anime.

Well, he did have black eyes when we saw him on the cover of volume 58.

Maybe, he's like Zeref and his eyes change color in certain occasions.

Sting's eyes are blue? In anime they were blue, but in manga always black (red on two covers).

Hiro seems to use color reflection alot @Linali, like from far distances away people's eyes look a different color (black for example) but close up it's their natural color. Like Neinhart's eyes on Vol 58 looks black but I wouldn't be surprised if they were purple up close like his hair. Either way, you should already know I find this cover dope lol. Irene and Erza were givens, just glad Sting and Larcade are there. Going by current events, Natsu, Zeref, Acnologia are gonna be Vol 61.

I've gotta say, I love having Irene as the centerpiece for the volume and then having the others around her like that. I like pretty much everything here except Larcade's eyes, they just seem a bit off to me.

I think the volume 61 volume cover will have Gildarts, Cana, August, Natsu, Zeref, and Gray on it. Since Gildarts and Cana vs August, Natsu fighting Zeref, and Gray conforming Zeref/using Lost Ice Shell are the highlights of volume 61.
