I like Dimaria because the girl has the best character development for all Spriggans, and one of the most well-balanced fighters in the series. Though I can't help but feel she is a tad overrated in her power.
Yes, she was taught her abilities by a divine being. Yes, she is a great swordswoman with great durability. Yes, she also has a takeover form which further enhances her strength. But no. No, she will not be able to beat August, Gildarts or Gray in an all-out fight.
Dimaria was beaten by Sherria. A Sherria who reached the pinnacle of her strength with Third Origin, in conjunction with the ruthless efficiency of her slayer attributes. However, we ask ourselves just how strong was Sherria at that point of time. To put things into perspective, DF Wendy was incapable of hurting Chronos Dimaria despite landing some hits on her. Neither could DF Wendy wound Irene when given the opportunity. She could, however defeat the historia of Ezel and most of Alvarez's soldiers. Wendy is more of a supporting mage with masterful enchantment skills. Not someone whom you would prefer to be leading your attack.
Dimaria was defeated by a God Slayer secret art by Sherria who was empowered by TO. In all honesty, WSD Rough Silk from Sting should be more devastating that the move used to defeat Dimaria. Likewise, someone of Gray and Gildarts' calibre has attacks in their arsenal which could easily rival the damage Dimaria receive to put her out of commission.
Then we get to Age Seal, what I believe most regard as Dimaria's magnum opus. Dangerous ability? Most certainly. Is it invincible like what Dimaria herself proclaimed to be? Definitely not. The spell was incapable of affecting an END who awakened for the first time. A fight between two mages afterall, more of than not boils down to a battle of magic power. END could move freely through Dimaria's Age Seal and render her a heavily wounded heap of mumbling mess because his power surpasses hers. Both Wendy and Sherria could react in time and dodge Dimaria's attacks on numerous occasions despite Age Seal being activated. Definitely it is not actually omnipotent as many think.
With these over and done with, let's get to the battle royale.
Dimaria will probably open the battle with Age Seal. Bradman, Minerva, Midnight and Neinhart are made redundant and will be vulnerable for Dimaria to toy with. Gray, Gildarts and August are able to resist the spell and Dimaria will lose her cool facade, similar to when Ultear countered her time-stopping ability, and employ her God Soul takeover.
Gildarts will seek August out for a rematch of their previous showdown, and Gray will lock horns with Dimaria. Gray who clash evenly with END shortly after he first awakened, will batter Dimaria once he starts busting out his more powerful spells. He will go on to join Gildarts in the fray to tackle August. This is a pretty much the 2-on-1 fight with Cana, but replace Cana with Gray. Try as they might, August incredible power and firing on all cylinders will take down Gildarts and Gray eventually.
If it'sa top 4, then August, Gildarts, Gray, and Dimaria prevails as the last four standing.

If her word is anything to go by, END's power seems to be specific and that much higher than hers, compared to most other magic she's ever encountered.
Hence her being surprised that Age Seal was broken.
I don't see this as another Aizen to Sui-feng "My stronger reiatsu renders your Suzumebachi trick useless" entirely. Yes, a mage with an overall stronger magical power will have an advantage, but according to DiMaria's quote the threshold seems quite high, not as simple as "being just stronger than her."
August -No reason to explain
Gildartz- Crash magic is OP
Dimaria - God Takeover, Time magic
Grey - Can defeat the next strongest, which is bradman(the only reason grey advances)
A lot of people will pick Gray in this list, so instead of why I picked the four that I did, I'm going to explain why I picked them over Gray.
1. Bloodman
Controls the power of all nine demon gates. Can give Gray cancer, can erase him from existence, can do a plethora of hax shit.
2. Dimaria
Stops time, slits Gray's throat.
3. Gildarts
Gray's a caster and Gildarts can Crash™ anything Gray throws at him. "You can fight, but you'll only die tired," kind of scenario.
4. August
Can counter any magic Gray tries to dish out, and knows more types of magic than anyone. Take Zeref's immortality away and Acnologia out of the equation, August wins this entire competition, hands down.

Demonized Gray and Natsu who was just beginning to tap into his demonic powers punched each other in the face a couple of times. If Gray was a devil slayer, shouldn't he have had more of an effect on Natsu?
From what we gather, END is resistant to magic, or Age Seal only works on those that Dimaria is more powerful than.
Age Seal worked on Gray during the battle of Hargeon.
Yeh, pretty much this.
If Gray was able to match an E.N.D that took out Dimaria, there's no way Age Seal will work on him.
That plus the fact that Gray and Natsu have pretty much been portrayed as equals throughout the whole series, so they'd fare roughly the same against any opponent.

Likewise, END Natsu's attacks had similar effect on Gray. Unlike DiMaria, who was done in by END Natsu.
I'm not sure what your point is, they were dead even. If END Natsu tore right through Age Seal, then Demonized Gray, who fought END Natsu long enough at the very least for Makarov to sacrifice himself and for Erza to grieve, make her way over and interfere with their battle, can easily dispatch of DiMaria's Age Seal.

Gray, who got his ass kicked by Lyon? By Bickslow? By Rufus? By Nullpudding? By Racer? He's equal to Natsu? The same Natsu that beat guys like Jellal, Zero, Gajeel, DF Sting & Rogue at the same time, Midnight, Bluenote, Cobra, and punched a war god in the face, destroying him in the process?
I hate Natsu type characters, but Gray would get stomped.

Base him, not demonized him.
Same way it would work on Base Natsu but not E.N.D him.
END is a separate entity entirely. Enough to change Natsu to his core. Gray's DS magic just makes his skin black when he's using it. It isn't shown to give him any power advantage. Just an indicator that he's using DS magic.

Was he Demonized or in base? I don't recall right now.
Gray doesn't have a demonized form. Those markings are an adverse effect of him using DS magic and they offer no extra power whatsoever. It's more of an infection than anything. Kinda like magical AIDS.
But Neinheart may actually have a chance as well. If he stays far enough and just summon a horde of Historia, we will just wait for the others to go down, then he's already in the top 4. Although I find it hard to imagine August, Gildarts, or Dimaria having past enemies that can still give them a hard time.

Natsu didn't beat Jellal, it was Etherion power.
Natsu didn't beat Zero, it was Jellal's power.
Natsu didn't beat Gajeel in 1x1 fight, it was with Lucy's help.
Natsu didn't beat Midnight, it wasn't in manga.
Natsu didn't beat Cobra, he was helpless against him while Brain kill him.
And ofcourse, Natsu didn't beat any demon from Tartaros (besides Jackal, who give him realy hard time) while Gray oneshot one of them. And DeS is no sense here, DS didn't scratch any dragons.
