I thought Mavis said back in Tenrou Island she had to give it her all to use everybody's strengths to have it activated? And no I don't mean her knowing what to write in the book, I mean being able to write in the book. Zeref's was shocked of how a human was able to handle the demonic letters to write in the book so it must require something like maybe either power or endurance?

Well, Mavis said that she converted the guild's feelings into magic. She couldn't really do anything as a ghost, so she had to use the guild members magic. And yeah, I suppose you can say being able to withstand END's demonic power in her body counts as a durability feat for Lucy.

Don't mean to boast too much but ever since Erza destroyed that enchanted meteor, I've been saying to fans to get of their underestimation of her being weak, on mera's lvl, or weaker than her mates; quite clearly, Hiro is an Author, & his thoughts must differ from (biased) fans. I remembered debating (during the tournament) that she could've trounced August due to the nature of her power, but of course not many would like to see let alone acknowledge that (simply "because she is Erza").

Anyway, the series has pretty much ended, & the character list is as I saw it months ago.

—Natsu reigns supreme with Acno & Zeref (conveniently, these 3 are the only FT characters shown above space/time)

— Legendary Dragon Kings (Igneel) probably fall behind the above 3.

— Dragon Queen > Legendary Parent Dragons & Strong Dragons fall behind King Igneel.

— Now August the destruction is below the above, tho a bad match-up could mess him up.

— Then a specially hyped S12 (Larcade) is just right below August along with Erza.

—Every other S12 is here, along with Gray, Laxus, Gildarts, etc.

(Now very significant is Lucy, but I'm still not quite sure where she stands, even now.....any help?)

Tbh power rankings don't even make sense now, I could make an entire post about how Natsu's power level now makes no sense, how as a whole physical condition doesn't matter anymore and how POF and asspulls are the only things that matters now.

Also, why aren't people ignoring feats that are clearly anomalous? Genuinely curious.

let's hope hiro will drop a databook with the mages's stats like he did with tartaros's kyuukimon. imo it's the only way we might know the right power ranking since the feats are so inconsistant

Too bad he did back at GMG, but they were by jason's those stats were so screwed up xD

I don't understand how Mira is ranked close to Gray.

What did she even do? Risk her entire MP to defeat enchanted objects? Or beating a blindfolded low level Spriggan off-panel? Blindfolded = constant offguard + precision, mobility, pretty much everything severely nerfed.

Lisanna > Mira because Hiro is too dumb to translate portrayal into feats. Hopefully we get the official power stats soon.

 

[Invel > Zeref]

I don't even care anymore. I am just going to say that my boi Gray is top tier. He has one of the most impressive feats in the series, managing to fight against Natsu (who said he wasn't holding back) without getting one shotted. He doesn't stand a chance against POF Natsu or Erza but he's definitely third strongest in the guild just because he avoided getting stomped in one chapter by Natsu.
