Wow dude natsu and erza can evaporate a sea of water only in there strong modes like natsu in minimum fdkm mode and erza in her heaven's wheel armor or something like that. I think erza will mirajane in high diff manner, and mirajane is aound fdkm level.
On topic of macro, macro simply works on people which have less magic power or curse power than her not on all just like neinhart's historia. And nerfed mirajane did beat nerfed jacob. So she is definitely around low spriggan tier.

There is a misconception regarding sea water part.Mira didn't evaporate the whole sea.The sea water only dried up in an area around 2 city block level.We could see sea water few metres away.

Mavis died long ago so when they said GS was the strongest ISHGARIAN, thay doesn't include Mavis as she wasn't alive. I keep bothering to defend Mirajane bcz i deem her to be the most powerful ishgarian so far due to Alegria and Seilah.

It was already stated that no one can rival Acnologia so he is number one in power level. The only reason i am saying that Mirajane can deal with a Spriggan 12 is due to Alegria and MARCO. Logically Alegria should be up there in power level bcz her mere presence made the nature go nuts and the sea began to evaporate. That's a very impressive feats on Fairy tail. And u know How MARCO works.

So in short, your personal opinion is that Mirajane is the strongest, so she can be placed above God Serena despite those statements you brought up?

Ha, yeah, i used to think like you did, that "Acnologia is just that strong" and that "he was just not taking Eileen and Jellal as seriously as God Serena", but im past that now, seeing Acnologia's defeat made it clear that he really is just that weak.
Jellal did better against Acnologia than God Serena did, so he is stronger than God Serena was, simple as that.

Base August's only speed feat is intercepting the nuke Laxus shot at Azir, and considering Laxus was hundreds of metres in the air when he did it, August intercepting it is hardly impressive, so is Jellal faster than Base August? Sure, why not, who cares. Red August speed>Jellal speed though.

As for Jellal's strength, meh, Neinhart oneshot him, August low diffed him and his guild, Acnologia oneshot him, so is he strong? I guess, Laxus/Gildarts tier, maybe a bit weaker. Oh and him challenging Acnologia doesnt make him strong, it just means he is stupider than August.

Jellal's only chance is to somehow use bind snake or Self Destruction circle on Serena, because IMO he's above Jellal in all stats except speed, so I don't see Jellal winning without his hax spells.
