Csk was far superior to mard geer in battle as he was only dodging his attacks and waiting for lucy to drain her MP, let's be honest had jackal not attacked lucy she wouldn't have lost her MP in oneshot and CSK wouldn't have gone back.

Bradman was not able to freeze levy coz he was busy fighting gajeel, he was in different league as compared to mard geer.
As for silver only freezed atlas flame remaining flame which was his spirit, once resurrected by wendy's technique( ihave forgotten that name), he was able to melt the entire ice by his little bit of remaining power. Silver will make a morning breakfast for someone like atlas flame.

In total, we'll rate 38 mages from both Ishgar and Alakitasia. Previously we had a scale from 1-10 with one 11, due to the power diversity from this rate we have a scale from 1-12 with one 13. The 13 is there to be given to the character you think is the strongest. Don't forget this because if you do, you'll have to rate the whole thing over again!

it took Lightning Dragon's Jaw from weakened Laxus to took down Historia Hades.

Ajeel would get KO'ed by that attack as well as Hades.

Hades with devil's heart would still be way lower than spriggans, most of the ishgar especially FT members got insanely OP after TS. Though he would be just beneath mard geer.

Hmm, finished my rating.
The only problems I found was to rate Brandish, Dimaria, Mirajane and Cana.
Brandish and Dimaria, while not that powerful strength wise, have amazing hax which could put them higher. But how much higher? Ugh..
Mirajane is hard to rate because while her Alegria form is overpowered, it is limited to a very short amount of time.
And Cana is hard to rank because of her Fairy Glitter. It all depends if Fairy Glitter got stronger as she got stronger. Because in that case Cana could rank pretty high on my list. But there's also a chance that Fairy Glitter stayed the same power wise as pretimeskip. What do you guys think?

Yeah, this is probs the hardest power rate yet. Shame Hiro wasn't 100 percent consistent with power scaling, but hey, that kinda makes it more fun to rank them lol. I guess everything is up to the reader's interpretation.
