To safely kill Kato. Mafia won't target him at night, we can't safely Genki Dama or lynch him since he could be a Bomb, and so we need someone to risk dying with him. Even if he blows up, Emperor will resurrect in three days as a confirmed townie, so that's the best move right now.

As for me there is still the uncertainty about Kato being a bimb or not. If I am killed using the Spirit bomb on kato, then the town loses their only active confirmed townie player.

We can do that, but we still need to transfer energy to Spriggan. We must do this first, ASAP.

The Genki Dama will trigger the bomb too, just like a lynch. So it's really just a matter of getting the Kato thing over with so we can focus on the following lynch.
