most people dont score anime while its airing, notice only 14K of 106K people even rated it so far. Also how is a 7.0 on a 10 point scale, mean its *unliked*

Because most people dropped the anime. On r/anime the 1st episode thread got 1.000 upvotes and comments, the 2nd episode thread got 500 upvotes and comments, and the 3rd episode thread only got 200 comments and less than 200 upvotes after 6 hours. In 1 month the episode discussion threads probably won't even reach 100 upvotes or comments.
While this is a little too deep into episode discussion, its not really the VA's fault that Asta sounds like that. From Kajiwara Gakuto's viewpoint, his first major role is that of a Weekly Shonen Jump protagonist. If the series does well, he should be set for life. Its really the Sound Director and Director who gave the OK for this sound that are at fault. They are unable to direct the guy to make a voice that is annoying but not so much that it becomes one of the major complaints about the series.

Im sure that most anime viewers are not commenting or even posting on r/anime...I sure as well dont. I dont see how *discussion* or *upvoting* of an anime in a general anime site is suggesting that most people have dropped an anime. Not every anime viewer is passionately posting hate or love for an anime online. If passion was the determining metric then Im quite sure BLack Clover would have been cancelled in Jump within the first 15 chapters if we used forums as the metric.
If you want to use MAL stats than how do you address the 1000 people that gave BLack Clover a 10/10 or the 9397 people that have voted a 7 or higher, clearly that goes against youre statement that "nobody" likes BLack Clover. Further only 3000 of the 104K members lists it is on have even dropped the anime, so again, people are liking and still watching it.

MHA before season 2 wasn't much liked itself either if memory serves right and it didn't garner much attention till about the end of the USJ invasion and even then it wasn't much talk about it either. It's also important to remember that internet ratings don't hold much merit to them either all things considering. The anime isn't meant to appeal to everyone outside of Japan thats just a plus if it does so all that really matters is what the viewers in Japan think about it. That's kind of how the manga/anime industry as a whole has always operated not much use really worrying to much about it.

I don't think viewers in Japan are liking it more than people in the west ..
No considerable boost yet, BNHA after 3 episodes had older volumes showing up in the TOP 50. World Trigger had a better reception than Black Clover, both in Japan and the west, and it was terrible in the first 3 episodes, low budget and bad directed.
I'm not here to argue whether Black Clover is losing fans or not. However I will say that using MAL is not the best way to judge an anime. It seems as though every new season of Gintama breaks in to the top 10 list, which renders the ratings quite useless.

MHA season 1's score started in the high 7.00s, but slowly rises after each episode until reaching about 8.40ish.
Black Clover could rise in the end, but the score seems to be dropping every week. And I doubt many people will stick around 50 episodes if the reception is that low. And that's assuming that it doesn't extend past 50 episodes like World Trigger did.
I think it's safe to say that the reception will be polarizing at best in the west

The viewers in Japan, from the ones that post their thoughts on 5ch, twitter and other anime matome sites, have mostly the same view as the people that post on western forums. Most talk about the voice and the slow pacing. There are people that are enjoying the series but a lot of them are on a wait-and-see basis as the main meat of the story has still not been shown. People there are more tolerant of template shounen and some like it because it is template because they like template events but others are a little worried that people have seen so many shounen, and BC doesn't do too much outside of the template, the possibility that people might get tired and change the channel/stop watching is rather high. Its a very similar situation to the west though 5ch is simply picking the series apart. The anime thread is filled with comments on pacing and the voice and how its really boring. Other threads are focused on the sales boost aspect, or rather the current lukewarm boost, though that can change due to the upcoming Black Bulls from Ep 6 and onwards.

Of course, because after 201 episodes, only the people who really liked will watch the sequel, but Black Clover its the first season, there is no comparison.

Actually it was among the most highly anticipated anime of Spring 2016 and among the most talked about anime of that year people would not have been hyped for the second season if the first season was not as well received as it was.

This. Their ratings system is heavily flawed as pointed out by their userbase. I like Gintama as much as the next guy but its been incredibly stagnant for years now with most people in Japan stating that the show lost its steam with the fourth season.

It's not that much different to when the manga first started in my opinion it wasn't much cared for at first but people actually started reading it regardless and it's be come at least a little popular with people same thing will most likely happen here given time. This also kind of ties back around to the TOC but if it wasn't at least popular enough to be around the top 5 spot it wouldn't have gotten the anime in the first place.
Im sorry but this is getting ridiculous, how does 1 random anime enthusiast site reviewing or not reviewing a show mean it is or is not popular, additionally, ANN is usually a bit slow on reviews, where many shows end up having Episodes 1-2 or so grouped, notice how most everything this season is at episodes 1-2 reviews, or altairs episdoes 13-14. And further if we go by "discussion" are we to believe love live shunshine with its 160 comments is much better than BBB and Ancient Magus Bride.
CR ratings again dont make sense to use... only 198 people rated it, yet is is an anime that is like in their top 10 popular anime, I doubt only 200 people watched trhe anime, so again, only the most passionate and hardcore would take the time to rate and review the anime. Since we know there are millions of CR account holders, I again doubt only 200 people watched the episode.

So you don't want to use ANN, Crunchyroll, r/anime and MAL. Then tell me, how do you value the view of the western anime watchers on BC? Because what I get from these sites is that Asta's voice is bad enough to drop the anime, that the anime is going at a snail's pace, that it's getting mediocre ratings, and that the filler episode 3 was a "nothing happens" episode.

-A not significant number of peopled dropped the show. -A rating at ~7.0 is not "mediocre"; further, evidence exists that a not insignificant number of people have rated the show at 9 and 10 on an anime rating enthusiast site.
-You have not presented any data that shows that the majority view of all the viewers of the anime (those who have and have not posted) is that Asta's voice is problematic, that the anime is going at a snails pace, that they believe a nothing happens episode (that they didnt watch because they dropped the anime last week) means an anime is bad, and that these reasons alone are why they dropped the anime before episode 3.
Lastly there is no metered metric available that allows us to identify just how many people watched an anime, we know A) that not everyone that watches anime posts on websites or reviews and rates an episode, viewing CR on apps or other forms doesnt exactly prompt you or allow you to activately rate an episode, and A) not everyone posts on r/anime/ANN forums/mal forums/or the 50 other mal spinoffs.
So there is nothing that you presented here that would make me feel comfortable accepting that the majority view of one of the seasons most watched anime is that there is extreme and widly acceptable hate for the series, when there is evidence that it is actually positive sentiment both on this site and in other places for the anime.
Thats why using CR ratings doesnt make sense, or ratings (at the time an anime is running) in general. Not everyone who watches an anime is rating animes after every single episode. I dont, and Im sure many people dont.
