I wonder. Does the Goddess Clan have their own personal trait of regaining their magical power similar to the demon clan of eating souls in order to recover their magic?

Yup, and I do look foward to their designs. Because I first saw the Orange, who are those winne the pooh looking demons, I liked the design a lot.

Could You imagine if Nakaba Sensei decides to add demons named after numbers?

Ah, good call. My original idea was that the poster guy was going to be the demon king however now that we have seen the demon king that seems unlikely. Mael is the only named character whom we have yet to see at this point to boot.

Which is basically what happened with meliodas. Most wanted posters were reasonably accurate with the exception of meliodas' and escanor's. There is no way escanor's wanted poster is an accident. When making the posters someone was screwing with meliodas. At first I thought it was fraudrin however seeing how this was never settled when he was alive and that he would probably have preferred to avoid meliodas' wrath it makes little sense. On the other hand that means someone was screwing with meliodas and also fraudrin. I am guessing it is plausible a goddess from within some object managed to influence the posters drawing....

Difference is Meliodas and Estrassoa are brothers Which wouldn't be the case with Escanor and Mael. And Nakaba didn't even plan Meliodas wanted poster looking like Estrassoa since his original design was different.

Whose design was originally different? Meliodas or estarosa? I don't recall meliodas' design being different from any other source. I read the original one shot of course but meliodas' design there wasn't significantly different from his current one.

Estrassoa it was in the volume with the Commandment design. So Nakaba didn't plan on anyone looking like Meliodas poster until over 1/3 of the story was done. Guess he could do the same with Escanor as well.

One thing which made me believe we would see the guy on Escanor's poster is the double page at the end of the Holy Knight saga. The bearded man was here as Escanor, the possibility that it's one of his forms is slim, but it still exists. His power is mysterious anyway. In the drafts for Archangels there was also one who looked a lot like Escanor IIRC. Nakaba admitted that Sariel resembled King but he said nothing about this particular draft.

Ohhhh. I had forgotten about that bit. I guess nakaba went with that one because at the time he hadn't introduced escanor... Clearly escanor at not point looks anything like that. However that he did use escanor's poster that late in the game perhaps does suggest the guy will be important. Strangely, there is a sun right in the middle of the double spread and "escanor" is showing us his back on top of the image. I am thinking that perhaps the double spread has greater meaning and that it will make sense once the man in the poster is finally revealed.

I have one whacky theory about the man in Escanor's Poster. How about that Escanor is Mael's reincarnation. Hear me out. The man in the poster could be Mael and he does look like Escanor in day form. Probably Mael was the original Master of the Sun, some reason died and reincarnated into a lineage that leads to Escanor. That could explain why Nakaba Sensei did not introduce Mael. Plus he did state that Mael was the strongest in the Holy War, and there is only one person besides the Demon King that could defeat Meliodas who was regarded as the most terrifying of Demons, and that was Escanor.

But it's just a theory that I just thought right now.
