Sword of the Stranger is pretty awesome from what I can remember. I seem to recall the animation giving me eyegasms on several occasions. Might need to rewatch that one, too.

The only Ghibli film I've seen since I've been a parent is Arrietty.

But as to why "people" like Ghibli movie, is maybe.. because they are great movies?
