I'm trying to master Thai food. Fried Rice is super easy. My fresh rolls sometimes are rolled perfectly and I still cheat with good Pad Thai and Curry sauce. It's hard to find the ingredients on their own and I'm too lazy to go across town to Asian markets

I'm the best with Asian or African food in general, I don't what it is, but I suck at making Dutch food, I'm horrible at it. Unless it's baked goods.

Am I the only one that doesn't like to cook? ..I can cook but I rather not. If I was rich, I would probably never cook. I can clean all day but cook...It's a drag...

Trying to break the habbit of not buying food out...I'm doing good so far...

Hmm, I loved to cook back at my parents and at an ex's, but not anymore, basically because our kitchen and stove are to small, the oven sucks and pretty much all of my equipment too. We bought the cheapest of the cheap when we moved here, and we keep replacing it with the same crap.

My parents' kitchen is enormous, and at my ex's I got taught a lot of stuff by my parents-in-law, they were master chefs, simply incredible!

You mess up with salt...it's over..
So many steps and it has to be right...
It reminds me of math..
You mess up with one number or the negative sign...The whole problem changed...Your solution is guarantee wrong..
Aint nobody got time for that!

That's why I'm a "fast" cook, I grew tired of the whole process these past few years (mostly due to my current shit kitchen)

But the only times when I fuck things up is when it gets burned a little bit or something, which rarely happens.
Too much salt? Then use the other ingredients more too. Cancel it out again, that's what I do.

I make a lot of pasta for example, and I always make my own pasta sauce.
I don't think I've ever made the same pasta sauce twice though.
