Yes, but there's no reason. The Martyr can keep hindering the Shapeshifter, while Faff's role has a one-shot ability that's been consumed. We'd just be trading a confirmed townie for another, and one with less usefulness from now on.

In that case nothing changes. A mafia is a mafia, whether he's a boss or an assassin. He can't use assassin without paying the price of not doing the kill. It'd just be a role upgrade.

What I got in the PM doesn't say I have only one bullet, so I should be able to do it again. But it doesn't matter. Zirc can hinder the Shifter tomorrow indeed, and if I live now I might just die at Night - even by a Doctor, so 2 losses. It's better to have it like this.

Yes he can, but Farf would rather her die in case Demon is town instead of Zirconium dying. It's a tradeoff between Zirconium having a good role to counter the Shapeshifter(if counter is the correct word for it, it can also kill one of us) vs. keeping Farf(the more experienced player) alive.

Really? She would have been our lynch target with 100% certainty if she had gone back on her word at that point... But really, let's not waste any more time arguing about this. If you're townie, it was just an unfortunate occurrence, and if you're not, everything you said in your defense would be meaningless anyway.

Vand the next night phase will be hell. The assassin used up his team's night 2 kill, but that night is already over. As long as they don't assassinate anyone today they can kill at night as they please.
Meaning we have a Shapeshifter killing someone again most likely and we shattering that person next day, the kills from reds and oranges, and most likely the delayed poisoner kill.
