Read first chapter of Amatsuki, liked the premise (isekai... and yet not really isekai if you know what I mean) but it felt rather... chaotic? I had to focus a lot and re-read many pages to understand whats going on. Maybe its just me since Im rather tired right now.

Nah, the plot is very intricate, the first chapter is just a small tip of the iceberg. You better read it rested xD As you go on you'll have many questions popping up, that's why I said it's a slow reading. Read like 20 chaps (until around the warehouse part) and see if you like it^^

while even Farf basically admitted shes better waifu material wise than her own nominee, while even farf said her nomination was only to promote the manga (i m not saying kuchiha not waifu material though, but kouka is obviously way above) at this point its not even a waifu contest, anymore, tsss

I never did that. The single comment I made on this regard on Rosa's thread was a jokeful remark with a comment here. I think it's even a bit offensive and sexist to think that a woman has to be a mother to be a top waifu material. Women can chose to not have children (tbh, sometimes they even can't) - and our overpopulated world will thank them for that. Imo Kuchiha is an amazing character that could top many of the contenders here. I'm simply ignorant about Kouka and can't compare them - and you shouldn't, either, for the same reason. I'm also hoping people get introduced to Kuchiha themselves, and next year come back with a more grounded opinion. Both the character and the series are great - and I'm using her as a mean 'cause she's damn fitting and worthy of the title. I know I have little chances competing against you on this one, Erin-chan. But it's also due to you having a nominee from a very popular series. Be free to joke about my opinions, like you did before, but don't put words on my mouth when you rly intend that as something truthful u.u And I think people would appreciate if you'd take that sass aways and let them vote.

It was never either explicit or implicit in what you quoted that I think she's a bad waifu or even inferior to Kouka. That's even a logic flaw: if I wanna promote a series, the longer I stay in the competition, the longer I can invest on it.

Except Gintama is held as a very high
quality series that people overall love instead of being torn about, unlike Naruto (the complete thing) or Fairy Tail (won't even get started on this one)... So yeah, that's another point that doesn't add up.

The SnK section isn't very active either. That doesn't change the fact that SnK is one of the most popular series around the world if you check any charts. Gintama follows the same pattern then, I guess, and no, MH is not a good place to measure that - except that unlike SnK, Gintama doesn't have haters here, on the contrary. So yeah a series like that will end up with a relevant number of supporters anywhere (and I could even list more people than those 4, based on other places I see MH people discussing it).

Snk section lol its one of the more active in the forum, snk popularity is comparable to OP. last post on gintama thread was posted at 4 or 5 months ago and its not a monthly series like snk.

I'm not mad, I got displeased with the single comment I made a case on. And that was the single time I made an argument over something here. So Idk where you're getting your assumptions from, again.
Telling people you feel betrayed and won't forget their votes - for the second time, since that also happened in the Husbando Wars - looks more like an attitude to be labeled as "mad" to me than asking you to not put words in my mouth. First time I got the joke, it was a cute one, and I played along, just like I joked about the competition in other places like the Kaga Kouko thread. But I don't believe the one I complained about was rly something playful, with that "facepalm" emote and all. Sry.
But we could indeed be done with this argument now before Demon shows up holding his popcorn '-' (hi, Fiend). This became silly anyway.
