All countries outside the west are not the same as Japan no but most of them atlest have a WAY more positive view towards that kind of stuff than the west got nowadays and still consider men enjoying attractive women a normal and natural thing just like Japan does and the west used to do in the past.
Also in western movies and TV shows you never see sex scenes anymore so good that Bollywood still does it.
American and European movies used to do sex scenes and plenty other sexual stuff all the time but now its a very rare thing.

Its not a big deal. Usually people see a movie for the main plot and cool scenes with there fan favorite characters.

Sex scenes aren't really important whether there are people who find offense to it or not. It's just a side thing that has added controversy. ( In America there shows like entertainment tonight and access Hollywood that have talked extensively about it even before snowflakes became a thing)

So it's a moot point

And it also really annoys me that people want to pretend that sexuality does not exist in the media nowadays.

And im not only talking about fanservice and eye candy im talking about sexual stuff in general like how young boys get attracted to girl and start to think about sex for example as a natural part of life but that part of life is ignored these days.
Also theres plenty of stuff in movies, TV shows, music, comics and other stuff that is not important to the story but is added as a side thing to make things better and more interesting and enjoyable in different ways so no reason to not include sexual stuff too.
And there is plenty of movies, TV shows, comics, music, books and other stuff where sexuality is important to the story actually.
It can both be used as a story thing and a side thing.
