Unless people limit themselves to only a couple shows a day I don't think Jojo and Index would affect Zumo. Zumo Premiers Tokyo MX Friday at 11 PM. Jojo is same channel at 25:05 (1:05 AM), Index is AT-X at 11 PM but Tokyo MX at 24:30 (12:30 AM). From what I've heard AT-X is a premium cable channel so I'm not sure how much affect it has on Tokyo MX.

That comes with social media word of mouth and whatnot but having Jojo on a few hours after Sumo along with Index really takes away some of the spotlight for that day. It doesn't help that they seemingly haven't really been that aggressive with its promotion. This is basically sort of like its last chance at growth because Jump will only keep passion projects in the magazine for so long. Its already over 22 volumes long, longer than most Jump series will ever be.
