Question Arlen grace is still alive?

We know that there are some people inside the tower that are 5000+ years old even without the immortality contract, so its very well possible that Arlene could survive that long outside of tower without becoming old.

And Rachel supposedly met her, so she's very likely alive.

In my opinion ''outside'' can mean a lot of things in the tower. Like outside where? In her diary she said that she found a place without the administrator and Jahad..could it still be the floor of death? We saw that Baam told himself that he would return to FOD someday and this can maybe be it? Furthermore, if Arlene still is on FOD then where is that so called ''god of the outside''. Where did he come from? What if the connection between the outside and inside got weaker due to what Enryu did?

It can't be the floor of death at least since floor 43 became like that apparently well after zahard became king. At least based on our understanding of the situation.
