We still can't say that purely based on these volumes.
TPN vol.13 released near the end of the anime, with an LE, while MHA #23 released months after the anime ended, without an LE.
Had you compared the sales to volume 22/21, MHA would still be on top, even with TPN's LE.
IMO by TPN's next volume you can make a more accurate comparison.

That's good to see, it was expected since usually only romcoms from WSJ go 1 cour but I feel like Dr Stone in particular would benefit from 2 cour.

I wonder where they'll adapt to with 2 cour, I guess they could do up to ch 50 finishing on hype for the Stone Wars arc starting? Or maybe end on ch 45 since it's then end of part 1 and would be only be just slightly under 2 ch per ep .

talking about current situation, hence technically

semantics will always arise in these comparisons unless with very specific circumstances

heck I could say TPN is doing 100k over MHA when aligned with MHA anime season 1

best way to avoid it is just by using absolutes, i.e actual peaks, (even then people will have their. own points)

Actually true. If you compare TPN and MHA sales based on their peak from 1 season of anime, TPN is already ahead.

Is this edited? JoJo anatomy has consistently been pretty good. He traces off Michelangelo and famous statues after all.

Hopefully they finish stone wars and do 3 chapters per episode!
