JoJo is already monthly in Ultra Jump.

Animator at Toei is hyping up the Wano arc saying it looks amazing. The last time they hyped up the OP anime was during the Luffy vs Katakuri fight and we all know how glorious that was.

I'm not a fan of Yonkou but it isn't exactly his fault. This isn't the first time Toei has decided to turn a TV anime into a movie midway during production. (Digimon Tri)

Its not his fault that he was wrong about OPM, MHA, PN and other series. It is the company fault.

We already know by now that Yonkou doesn't have any secret insider info, he just gets the magazine early. We've seen some arrests of early magazine leakers before and they aren't anyone with special insight, they're just friends of delivery men and such. Getting stuff wrong that's not info from wsj issues is obvious since he doesn't actually know anything outside of them.

Also TMS doing Dr. Stone like a month before that was announced

I think he predicted that more than a month. He gave strong hints it was TMS about 3 or so months before it was officially announced

I'm not sure why you're trying to be snarky. I already said I'm not a fan of him.

1. So BC is better than MHA at the moment yeah?
2. What level of growth do you expect for Dr. Stone from the anime?
3. In the last 15 years of new series , which manga do you think has tried to steer away from the cliche troupes that most manga under the shounen demographic tend to follow?
4. Pick which two mangaka would you like to see collaborate and become a duo from the last 20 years.
5. Best female mangaka in JUMP in the last 30 years?
These are Infinitely better topics than random twitter personalities and youtubers

1. Right now dunno. BC has been better than MHA while MHA was doing the A vs B Class arc, but with current arc I'd say both of them are in the same level. Maybe MHA is slightly better right now.
2. Still the most pushed Jump manga since Toriko.
3. Maybe Nisiosin (Medaka Box).
4. Kurumada (Saint Seiya) and Tetsuo Hara (Hokuto no Ken)...wait, last 20 years. Kazuki Takahashi (Yu-gi-oh) and Masanori Morita (ROOKIES)
5. Hmmm, for sales stuff I'd say Akira Amano (Hitman Reborn)

PD: Ok guys, who has read-know Sakigake Otokojuku?

I love Otokojuku, it's a proper classic action gag manga and you can tell it had a strong influence on future series, it's like proto-jojo with all the crazy fighting styles. There's so many silly powers in there (wolf stacks is one of my favourite powers ever, it just looks so ridiculous and amazing). Also golf is an ancient Chinese martial art.

I'm From Japan just randomly having not-Principal of Otokojuku, Edajima Heihachi as a major character was one of the few things I liked about that series.

also speaking of gag manga assuming we're getting a gag manga to replace Soma (or at least we'll see one in the batch after), what kind of gag manga does everyone think/hope we'll see?

for reference, recent gag manga have been about:

demon salaryman (Devilyman)
demons/summoning I guess? (Samon)
strong robot things (Spring Weapon)
being a really bad manga (U19)
demons again (Poro, I think it was a gag manga at least? I barely remember it)
cute animals making dirty jokes (Tomatoypoo)
aliens (Invade You)
future salarymen (Tanaka Seiji, though it was half action)
statues/classical art making pee jokes (David)
Japanese culture (I'm from Japan)

and I guess you could Yuuna, WNL, and now Kamio Yui as romcoms too.

It's hard to say what we're due for next, gag manga tend to vary a lot in setting. Might be about time for another salaryman thing though I'd like to see soma replaced with a cooking gag manga, especially if Saiki guy's done a oneshot of one.

1. It is. At least for me. I'd have to say I think that last MHA's arc was by far the worst in the whole series, and I really think Horikoshi needs to improve when it comes to give time to develop characters. I really think he tries to do it but it just feels so forced that it's unsettling. It's like trying to handle 40 characters at the same time giving each one 1 or 2 panels and disgusing it as development. I don't know, I just felt like the whole arc was an excuse for that thing we all know about. This Villain's Arc is getting a bit more interesting, but it can't still get much attention from me, it just doesn't feel as appealing to me as what Black Clover is doing right now. Kind of ironic, thinking about how I ranted about BC for being cliché af (and it still kinda is, but it ends up being enjoyable enough to accomplish its goal as a series).
2. Practically none. Well, it may indeed grow up a bit, but I can't see Dr. Stone being a huge hit despite all the marketing and promotion it's receiving thanks to Crunchyroll. I can see it flopping and manga keeping it's usual pace and results. Kinda sad, since if series were a bit less repetitive it would definitely be one of the most enjoyables in the magazine.

Not like I have enough knowledge to answer the other ones, I haven't been following Jump for that much and don't wanna spit answers without having a proper opinion about that. I could answer 3 with Medaka Box as Mankichi said, tho. And regarding female mangaka, I'd like to say that it's amazing how some of the most popular and fantastic series right now in the magazine are being written/drawn by females: Akutami Gege, Koyoharu Gotouge, Posuka Demizu or Shiro Usazaki.

1. Yeah. It’s the most BC has ever felt slow, and it’s still full-on, which has been a great surprise. Meanwhile with MHA i’m just unsure about its current stuff. Like I *like* it, but that could change so quick.
2. Moderate. I think the anime will do well, but won’t push people towards the manga much.
3. Chainsaw Man. Like this isn’t even in question. It does so much different, not even in a way that draws attention to it (like Medaka Box deconstructing everything).
4. Yumi Hotta paired up with a more visually dynamic artist than her previous couple for Jump would be really interesting. Someone like Masahiro Hirakata would bring real exciting possibilities.
5. A part of me wants to say Namie Odama, but she’s an acquired taste at best, so Mizuki Kawashita. A real GOAT.

1. Not really, I'm not enjoying BC's current arc... for a while now? MHA is having a pretty decent one. Past arc my answer would be pretty different.
2. Not much, to be honest.
3. I though about Medaka, but Medaka doesn't really steer away from the tropes, it confronts and comments on them directly. Maybe Chainswaman?
4. Just jump? Inagaki and Boichi was kinda a dream duo already. I agree that Yumi Hotta coming back with a cool artist would be super interesting. Maybe Murata would be a good fit?
5. I'm biased towards Neverland, it's one of my favorite comics right now. So maybe Posuka Demizu?

Though we still don't know this for sure, right?
Akutami being female? I thought it was confirmed or something, or at least MAL does confirm that.

I feel like an assistant or someone on twitter who knows them denied this was the case.

Similarly I don’t think Amano is confirmed either? Like there’s one photo attributed to them and I’m unsure of the source. Like it’s still probable, but I’ve always held back on covering them as a woman of jump just in case.

1. BC might be better if i try to look more with an analytical mind on whats happening in both Manga but i don't like the characters of BC and don't care about them or what happens to them. So its MHA

2. 10-20k if its really good around 50k

3. i wanted to say Death Note but it started in 2003..hmm, Bakuman

4. Kubo and Togashi, just because it'll either turn out amazing or really mediocre (not bc of Kubo or Togashi but bc their style might not fit as good together)

5. Mangaka of Ichigo100%, still my fav romcom
