Exactly. Remember, Shueisha doesn't directly benefit from anime, they benefit from it as a source of advertising for their manga. Yuuna has declining sales, the anime did little for those sales and the manga is most likely ending in the next six months, so there's little reason to fund a new season.

That's not entirely true. They do get licensing fees, since they co-own the series with the mangaka.

They get more money from volume sales, though.

If there will be any reason for the anime to come back, it'll be because of TV Tokyo more than WSJ. Bleach anime franchise still somehow manages to remain relevant to them financially 7 years after it ended.
But I highly doubt they will invest any new money into it anytime soon.
