I like world trigger a lot, but someone saying that its first chapter is good is something we don't see everyday. That whole delinquent thing was boring and cliched IMO

Even though it became pretty much my all-time favorite that ever started in WSJ, it is kind of a miracle that the series survived after its first 12~ chapters. Interviews even admit that the series didn't catch on at all until Miwa-squad and Jin saved it.
Those early chapters are pretty good on a reread, but not as hooks.

Well, aparently WNL will get a second season. I honestly didn't expect that, considering that there was no significant boost in manga and the anime didn't seem to make success. Nice if it happens either way.

Probably good merchandise sales.
It's more typical for harem and ecchi series that these type of sales matter most.

With everything that happened with Xebec in the last months, isn't really a surprise that there's no 2nd season for Yuuna yet despite the decent BD sales, they didn't announced any new anime since then, maybe when everything is solved they can go back to produce.

That depends if Shueisha sees its worth doing that. The Yuuna anime did very little for manga sales, and, by the time Xebec is in a position where it can produce more anime, Yuuna will most likely have ended.

We get "Bleach anime news" every couple of months, no point in taking this rumor as potential since it has been a running joke for years, unless its an official thing dont even bother considering it might be real.

Exactly. We had this like, three months ago, though at least there the rumor had a leg to stand on since the leaks had shown Kubo was doing something in the next issue of Jump without specifying it was just a promotion for Sakura Wars (though the fans trying to claim April Fools when Jump's twitter confirmed the matter was kinda pathetic).

If Shueisha (and the committee) wanted another season, they could just contract a new studio so I don't think that the situation with Xebec is really influencing this but just them not wanting to funding a new one.

Exactly. Remember, Shueisha doesn't directly benefit from anime, they benefit from it as a source of advertising for their manga. Yuuna has declining sales, the anime did little for those sales and the manga is most likely ending in the next six months, so there's little reason to fund a new season.
