Yep. If I recall, both Sayuuki and Yui actually started around the middle before dropping to the bottom. The fact that both Taisei and Beast Children were already bottom 5 before even "ranking" doesn't bode well for them.

That is assuming Shueisha doesn't axe Yui as well. Though there is a possible chance other newbies get to serve as a cushion with Shueisha giving it a 2nd chance to see how is the manga reboot recieved. Though with a 6k Vol 1 start, there is no hope for this to last...

first:

thoughts, not really need to be said, but... this is for the first week only obviously

• OP seems stable basically matching last volume 7 days FW in 4 days
• KNY with huge boost, outselling previous volume full month (25 days) in 4 days
• BC with a slightly up VoV
• JJK & AA also show growth VoV from the previous volume
• Stone with a noticeable rise, have to wait and see
• Hinomaru doing as per usual with a slightly up this time

• SxF with the best original debut for Jump+ (to my knowledge)
• all of KNY in the top 100
• the fanbook is over 50k, and we finally can find out if the fanbooks are counted in the oricon series

next up charts! no line charts yet (since they will be dots, lol)

Sadly no. Darling in the Franxx did 51k in 3 days for Vol 1. Though Spy x Family is the Top 1 Jump+ debut of manga that isn't based on anything (Let's Haikyuu and that Onodera Nisekoi spinoff also did better).
