Pretty sure Gry figured they were both toast, so pretty much any role would be more useful than a Bomb, whose very reason of existence is to get lynched and blow someone up.

Boss wouldn't be much use to save though, and there's also the colour to consider. You'd think Boss would show whichever colour townies have (probably red), but he was the same as Gry.

Thanks smartass. Will still look just to get a better idea since a mafia detective would work wonders in this game. Even if the player died, they could mimic the role. So that would be a pretty big reason to keep said person alive for one night. And also might be why they would use a strongman so early. Get those detective results and let escort block.

Mafia Doc or Mafia Det. are more worth saving than the Boss in my book,the boss gives the orders and he goes clean in investigations but other than that,once he's dead the Mafia will continue to function under anothers "lead".

I still think James was something you wanted to last at least one more night. And if Mafia Doctor or detective wasn’t James, then we got issues. Moreso with the detective then doctor since a detective could abuse the hell out of this janitor style mechanic.

Yeah, but the point is that there was no saving James, only delaying his lynch for the next day. A Boss would have had no chance to reach late game at all, the best they could squeeze out of that tiny fuck-up was one use of an active role - so saving James over Mafia Bomb Gry would have made sense.

But it doesn't look like much thought was put into the whole thing anyway, you know :fan

Honestly, I think we've wasted enough time theorizing about this. It's not like trying to imagine which exact role James had and how one or the other would have reacted in that situation is gonna get us anywhere for the matter at hand.

Dont mean to harp on the irrelevant but boss is so OP if you play it right....and given the fact gry went out of his way to defend james fuk up speaks volumes.
Gry would presume james would be watched the rest of the game...only one to really defend would be a boss.
But thats here nor there...unless Orgz shoots im voting DD....he even says he thinks Jammin is legit xD

Currently we have 4 people of interest - DD, Jammin, Gryffindor, Daws. We spend most of the morning on DD and Jammin. We haven’t done nearly enough on Gryffindor and Daws.

But whoever is the legit doctor probably going to die by mafia hands tonight anyway. Organ can shoot one and then depending if the other dies or doesn’t die, we can figure out more later.

Personally waiting for Gryffindor to appear. Daws already said he was going to vote Gryff or DD. Depending on how this turns out, we might have a reason to lynch one of these two more.

Unless we have a doctor or bodyguard still in hiding.

And we have Holt and Xadyu lurking.
